I have never interacted with this company, but i am disturbed by repetitive untimely calls for unasked real estate offers from different numbers. Are our details so easily available to any such shit? When a company collaborates with data brokers, you can be rest assured they have no ethics or standards.

My experience with Square Yards has been extremely disappointing, and I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before entertaining their agents.

The agents were incredibly pushy and seemed interested only in making a sale, with little regard for the fact that people are investing their hard-earned money. Instead of providing honest guidance, I found that they made promises that were not fulfilled and frequently misrepresented information. In my experience, there was a lot of misleading communication. Once you make the decision to invest through them, many of the agents suddenly become unavailable, stop responding, or disappear altogether when you need assistance the most.

What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of accountability from the management. Despite repeatedly raising my concerns, the management was unresponsive, careless, and showed no genuine interest in resolving the issues. It felt as though customer service ended the moment the investment was secured.

A property investment is one of the biggest financial decisions anyone can make. It should be handled with honesty, transparency, and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Square Yards.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this company and would urge others to exercise extreme caution before dealing with their agents. Do not let anyone pressure you into making such an important financial decision. Your hard-earned money deserves far more respect and protection than what I experienced.

Square Yards in Australia are thieves and take your money and do not deliver anything you have paid for. I am taking the builder, Square Yards and the lawyers who were in default of contract to court for damages. Promised to start in January. Now July and nothing has commenced.

I had no plan to invest any money but one Mr. Sidharth from Dubai office with Sandeep visited me on daily basis and pushed me to invest my money in Jan-25 which was kept for my house construction. They promised me they will return it by Mar-25 with a good profit. But from then they were dragging me buy saying many stories. Now in Apr-26 I am struggling even getting them in phone. Their office phone also not getting connected. This is fake company and I suggest not to put your valuable money with them by hearing their fake promise.

I had a horrible experience working with Square Yards Australia. Gaurav and his team are a simply a bunch of incompetent blood sucking and money thirsty buggers who care about their margins only. Thy work for the builders and not the customers. STAY AWAY from them
