Tips? Are you for real?

It is a wonderful idea to give companies a platform to sell their product’’ but you make enough money out of it to have your lawyers verify and rate the prospective sellers. There are SO MANY unhappy people because they are conned with fancy guarantees and lovely websites but when the product does not do what is claims to do one should be able to get a refund, The Shopify help page says ‘’just click on the company and request a refund’’ . NO I am afraid that is an option not always available., This should be checked by Shopify BEFORE allowing them to advertise and sell.
You are turning a blind eye, which is why I give you a zero rating.

Saw an advert on Shopify for air conditioner from YoPoke and paid 209.99 but nothing delivered
Checked and found...
1 YoPoke doesn't sell air conditioner, it's a restaurant
2 their site can't be reached
3 email given is on Gmail and doesn't respond
4 payment on my account is a random sequence of capital letters
4 Shopify will only talk to sellers not customers

shopify does not meet current uk consumer law , it freezes out the shopper for 30 days from purchase ie they are not allowed contact before 30 days after purchase via shopify , so if a seller say hey i offer 2 day delivery and it does not happen after 7 days you can not get any help from shopify till 30 days later oy vey so sellers tell more lies as there is no consequence

I am being charged £18 per month. I have no idea how I signed up for this and have never used it but apparently I cannot cancel it without going into my bank in person.

My experience with this store has been very negative. I placed an order and then cancelled it, but the package was still shipped. I received a refund through PayPal, but the company asked me to return the product to China at my own expense.

The product I received appears to be counterfeit and does not match the quality or details of an original product. The materials, details, and overall presentation raised serious concerns about its authenticity.

I recommend that everyone be very careful before ordering from this website. Check the product origin, reviews, and return policy carefully before making a purchase. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this store.

Can't believe this is even being advertised on the TV!! Full of scams!!!

Sadly I would rate my experience as poor, when things go wrong shopify is not interested in trying to help the consumer, I placed an order with a company that was never fulfilled shopify after 1 month would submit and email to the business, but that is their extent of help, my money has gone no order fulfilled, please read reviews of who you are buying from carefully as shopify are no help when it goes wrong and the consumer is left out of pocket, money gone.

Ordered shorts from Sherids on 4th June says delivered still got nothing,Surely Shopify vets these companies,But beware total SCAM

NEVER USE SHOPIFY !!! Placed an order with Home Tool on Shopify, payment taken, no items delivered. Its disgusting that Shopify continue to let companies like Home Tool sell products via this platform . I tried to call Home Tool direct, the number rings and then cuts off, they don't respond to any emails whatsoever. My bank are performing an investigation to enable funds to be returned.

You put your trust in what is advertised as a reputable company DON'T they front scam companies like MCNULTY.. you place the order never delivered and steal £40.00 my recommendation BOYCOTT this company

The host of many falsh companies. But Shopify them self are as bad as any.
Shopify is hiding behind self service links, so its impossible to contact them at all, unless you are a payed member.

No delivery of goods from a company and no help from emails to Shopify,

Bought a fast charger off tiktok that isnt a fast charger at all. Cost me £20 and I waited weeks for it to turn up. There's no way of contacting shopify to raise an issue. They are selling goods for scammers. Do NOT USE!!!!

Bought some trainers from Hudsons- they used Shopify. SCAM

I Placed an order through shopify,did not recieve the order,i contacted shopify for refund they advised me to contact the supplier but suppier not responding ither the land line or mobile out of order.i have noW paused all purchaese through SHOPIFY.

Got ripped off by a scam company on their site. Don't use their site.

Don't ever use them or buy anythink via them total scam and scammers use them to create usless stores that never send the goods -100 stars you might as well set fire to your money
