I wish to update my former 1 star rating. Today i was advised to delete and add back my bank account. I did that. It worked. A minute later my withdrawal was pending and within a minute my funds arriv... See more

⚠️ URGENT — PLEASE REVIEW MY PASSKEY
I’m currently unable to withdraw my payout from RisePay because my Passkey is still pending approval. I have completed everything required from my side, and I have been patiently waiting for the verification to be completed.
RisePay team, please review and approve my Passkey as soon as possible. This delay is preventing me from accessing my funds, and I really need my payout to be processed without any further delay.
I kindly ask the support team to prioritize my case and resolve this issue urgently. I have done my part, and I’m simply waiting for the Passkey approval so I can withdraw my payout.
I am connected with the recipe team from last 9 days but my problem is not solved yet, I am not receiving the verification code I request the team of Rice Pay in Place to solve my problem.
This company is a scam. Refused me an account for no reason at all and now I can't log into the platform. The person helping me was extremely rude. Don't bother using this SCAM BUSINESS.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Rise so far.
My onboarding has now been stuck at the proof-of-address verification stage for two weeks. I submitted an official bank statement generated directly through my bank’s mobile banking app, containing my legal name and residential address. However, I was informed that the system was unable to extract the required information from the document.
I was told that my document would be manually reviewed. Despite waiting two weeks and contacting support multiple times, I still have no definitive resolution or meaningful update on my case.
At this point, I need one of two things: either my existing document should be manually reviewed and my verification completed, or I should be given a clear explanation of exactly what information is missing and what alternative document will be accepted.
I am posting this review because the normal support process has not resolved the issue, and I am requesting that this case be escalated directly to the appropriate KYC/Compliance team for immediate review.
I hope someone from Rise will take ownership of this case and provide a definitive resolution rather than another automated response.
I,ve been waiting since Aug 24 for my verification to be completed, and my account is still showing "Verification Under Review". I was told that verification normally takes 2-3 business days, but it has now been significantly longer with no resolution or clear update. This is especially frustrating because I need the verification completed in order to receive my payouts from Tradeify.
Been over two weeks dealing with riseworks on trying to get a new passkey setup....
Literally the runaround, saying they are escalating to the compliance team, and then the compliance team says everything is approved
" Thank you for submitting your documents.
We have completed the review of your documentation and approved your account.
If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to let me know.
"
Still no passkey after two weeks now, I have two withdrawals from tradeify if that matters, $5400 dollars
This company is really bad, almost unethical. I recieved a $2700 payout from Tradeify. I withdrew to my business bank account, (took 3 days to arrive, advertised as "less than a day").
Then on my second payout request this week, the payout keeps getting returned, I have been given the run around for 4 days now, 3 different customer support reps, provided bank statements, redid my account data and have asked 5 times for a reason as to why I cannot withdraw to my bank account.
This is a common theme it seems like in this thread and this should be illegal, I'm not in the business of loaning my income to some web3 startup catering to companies that can't bank with traditional banks.
Now i'm on business day 4 of trying to withdraw my money and just now my request has been "escalated" after jumping through hoops for 4 days with customer service.
See their fluffy response below, this is the same stuff I have been dealing with all week.... all bark, no bite, no money.
It has been over 4 days and still my passkey is not approved despite doing re-KYC. I have sent an email to compliance team with address proof but still I haven't received a response.
1 week + waiting on KYC for my business (as a contactor/payee).
The KYC company that does not understand corp law. Their software or AI system, is probably easy if you are an individual (Face+ID+supporting docs) If you are using an LLC, they are requiring a physical address and proof. I've bought and sold a ton of stuff, filed taxes for 10+ years, never needed a physical address.
Also, Risework's own listed physical addresses are coworking locations and UPS stores. Its hypocritical.
Furthermore, their software or vendor, Persona, (used for identifying corp owner's) glitched out, and Im unable to request a new link.
There is no option to request support. I emailed hello at riseworks.io, there has been no response.
Waiting for my payout for a week. Was told to email support by prop firm as it shows i am onboarding even though i have processed payouts from a week ago. Emailed customer service no response. Live chat no response.
Verification stuck under review for 9 days, chatbot escalation promised 2 days ago has failed, beyond frustrated as chatbot has frozen.
I have had 3 payouts from Tradeify. I filled out my verification on the 17th August and I have been stuck on the same page stating that they are verifying my details. I have tried opening ticket after ticket and emailed many different customer support emails with no luck!!

Last time I use rise. I’ve processed payouts through them before, but all of sudden there’s this rsk business complicating everything. It was already sort of a hassle before but this is just overkill. Edit: Issue was resolved a lot quicker than the other reviews. It’s not a good look to have this many people experiencing the same issue over the past 2 months.

Every time you get in, fill the security pass, if you forget then wait for 4 days to get your money, make a kyc anytime you want to make somethin like is not your money. No possible way to find support with a real person. So i will define like the slowest and complicated platform i ever work with, well lets see if in a month i can enjoy my money! thanks for nothing!
