bought a car from this company June 25 less than 12 months ago the slave cylinder has gone so costly repair sent email and had call back Rich showed his true colours didnt like the tone of the email as asked the company to pay for the repair or meet half way with cost i will take a hit as reviews on face book have had no joy with their so called customer after care keep away !!!!

I've been dreading going car shopping for a while, but when the old car started to die I had to bite the bullet. I found myself at Rainford cars and couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised with the experience. I found a fantastic EcoSport at a great price. Rich made the entire process easy for me, sorted everything, and there was zero pressure to pay for extras or take out finance I didn't need which I really appreciated. I'd definitely recommend and I'll be back in the future when the time comes again.

I recently bought a Nissan Qashqai Tekna from Rainford Cars in Little Sutton and part-exchanged my BMW X1. From start to finish, the whole experience was fantastic.

I had a great experience buying my car here. Everything was done properly before I collected it — full service, new tyres, timing belt, valet, and all the small repairs that came up on the MOT were taken care of without any problems. The car honestly felt almost brand new, if not for the mileage!

They even painted one of the panels for me free of charge just because the colour was slightly off, which I really appreciated and shows they genuinely care about customer satisfaction.

Richard was very nice, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. He kept me updated and made everything simple and stress-free. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a reliable car and great customer service.

Rainford Cars has become our go to car place in Ellesmere Port. It’s great to have these guys local for car sales, MOT, servicing and after sales. Recently my car required an after sales service and with these guys there is no faffing around. They sort the issue quick, kept me posted and the price was nothing like a dealership would charge you. My experience from the start was first class. Richard went out of his way to help me with my van. The van is in excellent condition being less than 3 year old. Richard was continually intouch with updates and helped me the best he could. Meeting Richard and the team was a pleasure and very much worth the 14 hour round trip. Called up in the morning asking about a car, I specifically asked if there was any dents, scratches, cracks or anything wrong with the car in general as the garage was a 50 minute drive away. I was assured by someone that it was like “brand new”. I got in the car then after a minute of driving an engine light came on, I thought nothing of it and thought maybe they can just switch it off. I got out the car and looked around and there was a massive crack in the back of the car. They told me they would get a body shop to fix it up but at that point I didn’t trust the company as they lied to me once on the phone.

Excellent service from test driving many cars, no push to sell and a stress free sale. Have to say I will be going back to Rainford Cars for any future purchases. Few paintwork patching up needed on pick up, but they let me back a few days later to fix it and couldnt be happier. Great company, great people and great cars.

Cannot fault the aftersales care from Rich and Jay at Rainford Cars. Had a small problem which was rectified immediately and without fuss, car was even delivered back to us next day, they went above and beyond, fabulous service.

What can I say! Rich, Jay and Jamie what a team! From the moment you arrive they make you feel very special.! can honestly say I have never met such genuine people who are car sales people (Yes! which is something not everyone can say).
They went above and beyond what I would have thought possible, ensuring we were both happy with everything.
They explained what the process was, left us to try our new car, for however long we wanted and more importantly left us alone, which again isn't something you get from most car sales companies. I felt like part of their family! They are so relaxed, so helpful and nothing is too much. I have already recommended them to a lot of people, so we will definitely be going back in the future should we ever need another car. Thank you Rich, Jay, Jamie you are a true credit to the company.
