Bought a full set of wellies for my 500…
Bought a full set of wellies for my 500 Abarth online via Protyre, selected the Guildford centre for fitment. Happy with price of the tyres but the customer service was beyond good. Arrived early, invited in, offered coffee, kept updated. The team found an issue with my wheels... helped fully and didn't send me packing. Actually said come back when I'd fully resolved the issue to complete everything. 100% true to word, I went back and they did the final checks. Massive shout out to Rebecca (Becky) Dummer and the team!

The MOT waiting time was rather long
The MOT waiting time was rather long . But on the Saturday when I bought it back for repair,so I could get a MOT pass was ridiculous . I bought the car in at 09.15 as asked . I waited until 1.30 pm before it was ready for collection . That was really bad customer care . I was not happy . In future I won't bring my car in on a Saturday, it's obvious it's ridiculous waiting times .

The chap at the desk was helpful
The chap at the desk was helpful, and showed me the issue with my car. He was very professional. Would definitely recommend and use again. They couldnt get the part I needed, but I managed to find one 2nd hand, and they did the re test free. As a woman I felt very comfortable there and there were other women bringing their cars there too. I got an mot at short notice and it was a reasonable price too. Worth 5 stars!

Excellent service
Excellent service. Clear and sympathetic communications by staff, who appeared to welcome me as a customer (unlike one tyre firm where the staff treated me as a nuisance). The job was done in the suggested time. Coffee was available in the waiting room.

The original response to my call for help was courteous, prompt and helpful. Unfortunately the repair that was carried out collapsed within 24 hours, but the team responded exceptionally quickly to my second distress call and did their utmost to get me back on the road as soon as possible.

Always treated with great respect and the staff always are very helpful. I feel the service is good value and speedy which really helps me. I've been going there a long time and I wouldn't go anywhere else!
