I drive less miles a year. Most of the traditional companies charge for minimum of 1000 miles. So, I end up paying for lot more miles than I drive. I found PayDrive as better option for my situation... See more

Extremely bad service
Extremely bad service. Whenever the connection is broke they do not inform you enough (I consider every single day is necessary) that some technical issues are registered!! Due to this, I had to pay full cost of reparstion costs. PayDrive takes zero accountability in making sure you are setup correctly. They only have one alert about missing driving data (which they only sekd out info about every 10th day), NOT any alerts on missing bluetooth connection/App configurations being setup correctly. STUPID and unserious service/business.

So far, I am very satisfied with Paydrive. While I generally prefer not to share personal data, I understand it is a technical necessity for their system and trust that it is being handled securely. I also appreciate being charged based on my actual driving style and distance.
My only suggestion for improvement would be for Paydrive to provide more clarity on exactly which actions or behaviors impact the 'driving style' classification.
I have not yet used their claims or assistance services, so I’ll leave that for a future review.

I’ve had a really good experience with PayDrive so far. Everything works smoothly, the app is easy to use, and payments are handled without any hassle. What I appreciate most is how transparent everything feels, no surprises, no confusion. Customer support has also been quick and helpful the few times I needed them. Overall, it just does what it promises, which is honestly refreshing. Would definitely recommend.
