I received an €83 bill described as a “parking fee” at the OBI car park on Triester Straße in Vienna. The signage explaining the supposed “contract” was well hidden. Those extra 45 minutes beyond the free two-hour limit turned out to be very expensive.

Unfortunately, a phone call did not resolve the issue. I am happy to involve the Vienna Chamber of Labour in the discussion.

I was shopping in REWE from Mannheimer Str. 38a, 68309 Mannheim-Käfertal couple of times. I used the time shild from my car and i was around 15 minutes shopping. The staff didn't say anything about asking for a ticket to scann it and I left thinking everything is normal. I received in total 55€ fine with mi receipt in hand. I went back to the store and they send me to this company. The company doesn't have a physical address so you have to do it only online. If they dont help you, you have to take the case to court.
The REWE store just simply deleted the parking rewiews. From 3 stars now they got 4.6

I can't recommend parking there. Had to pay 40 Euros, just because I used the empty parking lot on a sunday.

Very badly displayed rules for payment.
I tried to pay with gowemolo and error messages were returned
I got a 45 euro fine for 20 minutes parking

These thieving bastards hit me with 35€ for parking 17 whole ass more minutes at Lidl, where I actually shopped. Even after providing payment evidence, they said "Sorry, the sum doesn't add up to the time parked". Brother, we are talking about 17 minutes above their shitty threshold at my local Lidl. Paid just to shut their spam up, under full protest. Lidl fixed it in 2 minutes like normal humans. ParkDepot? Heartless automated leeches hiding behind tiny signs and robot rejections. Zero shame, zero brain, zero decency. They’re killing Lidl’s customers on purpose for quick cash. Boycott every lot these parasites touch. Absolute pieces of shit. 0 stars.

This is a scam services.
They are not compliant to the Danish law and on there communication and site there is no Support solutions or contacts.
They are operation outside Danish law, Danish rules for kontrolafgifter on private parking areas (effective 1 July 2025).

I had issues regarding my parking and they offered zero support, all they care about is a fee.
The fee means nothing to me, but the lack of customer empathy is bad for business. They won't be a business for long.

I have all comms and documentation of my encounter with them. Q1 2026 i will file a legal petition for "severe violations" with the local court and have them shutdown.

This is Germany. I'll set some time and money for them.

Although I sent them the proof of my purchase they didn’t cancel the fine (€45 euros for 25 mins parking for the shopping). Their machines confirmed my payment but I’ve got fine afterwards. Their cameras never work correctly. I will never enter parking places managed by them I will never visit REWE). Will never go to the markets that has a parking garage managed by them. It is absolutely shame that authorities don’t take any actions!

They are so extremely bad that it is absurd. Even after paying the ridiculously high fine they still send me letters because they received it a day later. I refuse to even shop at supermarkets that are collaborating with this company.

They are thieves.....45 euro for 1 hour delay of parking? Stay away..... The government must take responsibility for this kind of robbery

Rip off covered by legislative gap. EU is protecting us from curved cuccumbers but not from such a robbers.

In december 2024 I received a fine of 50 euro (30+20 for non-Germans) for parking in july 2023. The parking meter did not work at the time (according to recent reviews it still does not), the restaurant was closed and there was no means to pay. We visited the place with several people and cars, and they all receive the same fine. Our cars were filmed and the photos and our data kept at least until now which is against European data protection law. Also they send threat letters if you doubt the regularity and fairness of their scandalous behavior. Scam and mafia practices!

Total rip-off from ParkDepot. This time at in Cologne, in Porz-Wahn at EDEKA on Sankt-Sebastianus-Str. 14.
They charged me 60 euros!!! I left my car there 1 hour more than I should, ok, but 60 euros for 1 hour!?!? And there was no other way to pay for parking at this location!

Even for charing electric car, they are asking to send a receipt within 24 hours. Otherwise they are sedding fine of 35 euro. Complete cheating

No contact to customer service. They simply do not pick up the phone. I called several times within opening hours as listed on their website

I would simply avoid any business using them. By trying to deal with parking abuse they often punish and turn away decent customers. To take down a fine you have to communicate to them, keep your receipt, spend your time. Let any business putting their problems on the customer service this way to far south.
