Purchased a “Near Mint” condition Kill…
Purchased a “Near Mint” condition Kill Team Starter Set 2018 box, yet it was missing several of the included items and had other miniature sprues included instead. This was a $265 box and the offer according to their “Satisfaction Guarantee” was $75. This would nowhere come close to covering the costs to purchase the missing items. The only other offer was a prepaid return shipping label. So now I’m even more inconvenienced by having to take time to pack and ship this back. The entire time I must wait for my money to be refunded until they receive the item back at their warehouse where presumably they will do the first actual Quality Control check of the merchandise. The box was not sealed so all that had to be done was to open the box and easily enough verify the contents. Maybe next time take actual photos of the contents and box when listing it on your website and confirm the items. If you wanted to offer financial compensation make a fair offer for missing items and then request the incorrect items to be shipped back.

I have had excellent dealings with Noble Knights both buying and selling Their website has a great selection of 25mm Minifgs that are hard to find and at reasonable prices. I ordered some items from their ebay site which I found confusing but contact with Scott, Customer Service Manager, soon straightened out my issue. When my order was received, one of the items was incorrectly marked, again contact with Scott acknowledged the error, and both refunded the cost and allowed me to keep the"error" ! That is what I call great customer service. I definitely will continue using their website and highly recommend Noble Knights!

Absolutely amazing customer service
Noble Knight Games provided truly the best customer support experience I've ever had. I ordered a massive used Marvel Legendary collection across 7 expansions, and discovered on delivery that it only contained the hero cards and none of the villain/henchman etc cards. It was a really good deal so I was hoping they don't just cancel the order refunding me for it. Rather than doing that, someone from their support team (Lexie) actually found and broke down other boxed sets from their own inventory just to track down, verify, and ship all of the replacement cards (~550-600) to make my collection whole. The diligence, communication, and sheer effort their team put in to make things right was incredible. I had read about this kind of service from them in forums but was honestly surprised to experience it first hand. Noble Knight has earned a lifelong customer in me

Great & Rare Games, Exceptional Customer Service
I have to start with the absolutely amazing customer service! They were so incredibly responsive and helpful. I had a real issue with the delivery person and Mason made me feel supported at every step and helped me find a solution very quickly so the gift for my partner still arrived in time.
In addition, I am really impressed by their last selection of games, even rare ones; especially their selection of wargames.
And to be honest, I initially planned to just buy this one specificmgame. But after having experienced this outstanding customer service, I am really inclined to explore their store more and come back for gifts and for myself.

Noble Knight is a reliable seller, but often a bit overpriced compared to eBay and other smaller sites like Demon's Lair & Troll Trader.

First Time Trade-In
I’ve been a long-time buyer of their used stock but only recently had the pleasure of doing a trade-in myself. Noble Knight gave me a generous offer and covered shipping from Canada as well. The process was smooth, easy and Noble Knight’s staff communicative and professional. I was worried it would be a difficult thing what with tariffs and the chaos of the current state of shipping, but it was remarkably easy. Fantastic service!

I was upsold for a used Dungeon Mayhem at a price of $70. The retail price new at Walmart is $25. Be careful with Noble Knights upselling you board games more than double retail value!

Feel completely disappointed and ripped off.
I really, really was excited to find this company and had high hopes for what I would receive. I ordered 2000 random Warcraft cards trying to start a good collection. Of the hundreds and hundreds of different cards available almost 1000 - half - of them were duplicates of the same 10 cards. I was so disappointed. I am still waiting for a response from them Such a waste of time and money
Update: the company said that they had no control over the “random“ packs of cards they were selling and what was in them. Just to give you an example I wanted to enclose a picture of one of the supposedly random decks I got. Out of 46 cards 32 were exactly the same and there we’re only four unique cards altogether.

Great Gaming Retailer
I've been using Noble Knight Games for a while, made probably a half dozen purchases. Everything had been in good condition. In my most recent order, however, I got the wrong product. I sent an email asking for directions on how to return it, and instead they told me to keep the item (I'm glad to have it!) and they sent a new one the next day. I'm glad to have found a service that works and isn't Amazon.

Great customer experience and I was able to track the shipment through FedEx from Fitchburg WI via Memphis TN to Stansted airport to Harristown and Blarney here in Ireland to my location in Midleton, County Cork.

Long Time Customer
