Lee and Craig delivered our Edinburgh washstand. My elderly father was home to take the delivery and said they were fantastic. Courteous, took their shoes off and carried it upstairs to the right place. Very much appreciated.

Your delivery men, Nev and Josh, were charming and waited an extra 40 minutes for us to arrive when the Head Office team failed to return our call to change the delivery slot. They could not have been more charming or helpful and are excellent ambassadors for the brand. Save for this minor issue with the delivery I would have given 5 stars.

Portable lamp
Having had several of Neptune’s portable lamps before, which have all broken after a year or two. I bought this new model as I really like the design. However, the light given off is very cold and there is a cheap, rough, visible plastic ring around the switch which looks awful. I won’t buy any more.

What amazing staff!!!!
Neptune in Canterbury is such a wonderful shop. Myself and my Husband had popped in there on a visit to Canterbury in September. The ladies that work there are such a lovely bunch of ladies and made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble.
Whilst we were there we had seen a beautiful workstation and the ladies informed us that it was being sold as ex-display. We paid for it to secure it and to give us time to try and sort a van for picking up as we live in Eastbourne. They were so amazing throughout the whole of the process, keeping in contact with me and finally sorting a date we could pick it up. On the day we went to pick up once again, a wonderful welcome from all the ladies and the level of help to get us sorted for transporting the furniture was second to none, wrapping it with bubble wrap to ensure nothing gets damaged. I really don’t think I have ever had such wonderful service in a shop anywhere. Celeste, Alice, Kaz and Karen you are all truly a credit to Neptune and we will most definitely be travelling from Eastbourne to Canterbury again to be enticed by all the lovely things Neptune holds!
Highly recommend a trip to Neptune in Canterbury🙂

I could see that a particular painted bar stool was being discontinued and was keen to try to locate any residual stock before they disappeared. The stores showing online as having stock were all very helpful, courteous but sadly no stock. They recommended the Neptune Archive. On calling their number they were very attentive to my request despite needing to pull stock from a warehouse. Wonderful customer service. The delivery team were also great, arrived promptly, very courteous, took away all packing materials.

Like porridge
Used your product on a number of job but however I used it for my house.
Unfortunately the paint literally looked like porridge !!!.
It looked as if the frost had got to it. I had to mix it for at least 10mins before it actually looked like paint . I used it and it covered the wall normally. Seems like it was old stock. Be we got around it ..

We bought our new dining table at Bury…
We bought our new dining table at Bury St Edmunds and promised delivery within 3 weeks. Table arrived on the day promised, well within the 3 weeks. Dave and Callum contacted us before their arrival and erected the table very efficiently. Full instruction on usage and aftercare and all flat pack rubbish taken away. Ordered the Chichester 4ft sideboard
Ordered the Chichester 4ft sideboard, took a bit longer as we had it painted shell to match the kitchen however was happy to wait. Delivery guys were great, timely and considerate - Andre and Liam, delivery 3rd Nov - 6823707/A. Would recommend.
