The lady who served us was brilliant
The lady who served us was brilliant. Very knowledgeable. We were really over looking for sofas. We were about to lock in one particular sofa she had shown us and then asked if we liked Chesterfields I answered absolutely not. Anyway she gently suggested she show it to us as a last option. I agreed - well it was beautiful and surprisingly comfortable. We bought two of them. This purchase would not have occurred if it hadn’t been for her gentle persuasion to have a look. We would have bought the other one which I was just settling for as I was over the whole sofa buying experience

We had a really enjoyable experience
We had a really enjoyable experience, the DFS representative was really knowledgeable, patient with us and didn't try to over sell the sofa. He genuinely wanted to make sure the sofa was right for us and talked about the benefits/pitfalls between fabric and leather. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We would definitely return to the Swindon store for future furniture products.
