Very happy with my new console and side tables. Certainly worth the wait. The two delivery men, Aslan and Ryan, couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant.

Morgan and Ant delivered the table - they were extremely professional, efficient, polite and friendly. They were also very knowledgeable about the product and made a helpful suggestion for the best place to store it before we have a chance to assemble it, then helped us to put it there. They are both a credit to Cotswold. Reference 6764532

Neil and Ian the delivery men were super helpful. They were polite and friendly and really helpful by removing all packaging.

Our bedroom furniture was delivered and put together by Sui-Pai and Jordan. They were super efficient and had it all constructed in no time. They arrived within the time window advised and were friendly and helpful. I thoroughly recommend the delivery service and the furniture is high quality.

Shocking quality of furniture/quality control. My elderly mother ordered 4 items a few weeks ago.
On delivery the sideboard leg was so damaged it had to go back. Another oak cabinet had visible damage, but we accepted (and a small refund offered).
Had to wait a week for a second sideboard to be delivered (another 4 hour window to wait in for it). This turned up today and also has a damaged leg, sent it back again. Seriously! One damaged item is understandable, but two is unacceptable. The quality control stickers clearly mean nothing. I sent an email to complain and ask for a third sideboard to be sent with appropriate quality checks guaranteed, the auto reply says 3 to 4 days to respond. My mum is moving into her flat in less than a week.
This is not what you would expect for the price you pay for this stuff. Won't be buying anything from them again after this experience. Very disappointing.

I am delighted with the Classic Cotswold pantry. It isn’t too big to look at but holds an enormous amount inside. It fits in perfectly with my kitchen. The delivery guys were brilliant, they put pads on the feet for me so the pantry will slide easily if I need to move it, without scratching the floor. They handled it carefully and it was delivered in perfect condition. This is the third piece of furniture I have ordered from the Cotswold company. Highly recommend.

I am delighted with my oak sideboard! The delivery of it was the best I have ever experienced. It was delivered on time by two very professional, courteous, polite men (Ryan & Aslon), who unpacked my sideboard and carried it to where I needed it. Thank you for a great experience.
