DONT BUY THIS CAR. AWFUL SUPPORT!!!

Car is 9 months old. .. like new..but I have now been without a car for 10days.
Bought the car from Arnold Clark .
Only given 1 key at time instead of 2 .
Left dealership with very little clue on how to fully operate the car’s functions.
Even Dealership didn’t know .
Through a friend who has a Ford ..
He told me to download app and use this feature to load onto my iPhone.
To open doors
Turn on heater remotely
Turn on A/c remotely.
So tried several times to aces the cars QR code.to no avail.
Turns out manual error transferring email address from dealer to Leapmotor.
Dealer got that sorted.
But fault remains between key card ( like a credit card.)
And main computer.
Can’t open doors or turn on .
Had we been given 2 keys at time of purchase.
Or shown how to connect iPhone with car
Then this would not have been a problem.
So
end of day 10 still no car .
BEWARE!!
As others have confirmed.
Leapmotor customer care is awful and doesn’t work .
Was promised à call back 5 days ago .
As she said it takes 3 to 4 days to get a report between Leapmotor customer care and the dealership.
It’s just not good Enough.
Read the other reviews and steer well clear .

Leapmotor...(the company not the car) is DISGRACEFUL. Avoid!!

Leapmotor...(the company not the car) - absolutely disgraceful.
I bought a brand new C10, used it for 2.5 months and after that I had to go to service several times and after more than 2 months, the car is still not sorted. No customer service, nobody care, nobody get involved. Paul Tomas (a General Manager) never got involved although I had many issues with the Customer Service. Complete silence from China to UK although everyone in the Solihul Team is trying to engage their own colleagues and no luck.
From Customer Service UK to LPMEE Warranty Support (Stellantis) no one gives a monkey.
This affected our family and our daily lives and we don't know how to move forward with this issue.

Great car, disappointing aftersales support

The C10 itself is a genuinely good car—spacious, well-equipped, and excellent value for money. It feels modern inside and is comfortable to drive.

However, the experience is let down significantly by Leapmotor’s aftersales customer care. Communication has been poor, responses are slow, and there appears to be a lack of accountability when issues arise.

It’s frustrating because the product itself has real potential, but the ownership experience doesn’t currently match the quality of the car.

Good Car, Let Down by Poor After-Sales Service

The car itself is good, but my experience with Wilsons Epsom has been extremely disappointing.

From day one, the maps were not working, and even after three weeks, I received no proper response. In addition, the car has a serious issue on hilly slopes — even when accelerating, it sometimes does not respond, and I have to stop, park, and restart the car to move again. This is quite concerning and unacceptable.

I was later called in for a repair and was told I could collect the car the next day if it was ready. However, after two days with no update, I contacted them only to find out that the car had not even been looked at due to a queue.

This raises a serious concern. why take in the car and keep it idle instead of scheduling it properly based on availability?

Overall, a very poor service experience and extremely frustrating communication.

Leapmotor C10

Beware, please seriously consider even approaching Leapmotor to buy one of their cars. Customer service is no existent and completely dismiss anything you say or complain about. Thier dealships are also very unhelpful in every way.

Leapmotor C10 - worst experience
The car is brand new and has been undrivable for almost 4 weeks, due a battery discharge issue and a serious safety issue of just stopping dead, with no prior warming. This is widely reported issue but Leapmotor refuse to acknowledge or help in anyway.

I have ZERO confidence in the safety of the vehicle and will be rejecting it.

Leased a Leapmotor C10

Leased a Leapmotor C10. Windscreen was chipped on arrival. No replacement windscreens in the whole of UK approximately 6 weeks!! One had to be ordered from Italy. When I complained to Leapmotor about lack of basic parts in UK. I was informed that its not their responsibility to provide parts. They took no responsibility for any issues, failed to even acknowledge my complaint until pushed further. Complete lack of any customer service to the extent that they did not even have any details of their own dealership.

Can't be trusted.

Leapmoter/profit before safety

So,was sold a new T03.. telling me it's the best thing on the market. September I picked it up,still not working December 12th. It's didn't connect to app. Back and forth we went to the dealership who said contact leapmoter. We did they replied nothing to do with them. THEN, whilst having grandkids in the car the who screen crashed. We could drive it but blind. No speed,no warning, nothing. 5 weeks later we still haven't got the car. We are now not confident with the car as it's a safety issue but leapmoter will not exchange the car. They say they will put new screen in. I have no confidence in this car and leapmoter should change it due to the safety of me and others. I would not recommend leapmoter as they must only put profit before safety.
