Where to start? The fact that the knife you see if the knife you receive is brilliant. My father and I have collected Laguiole for decades, outdoing each other in handle material (he’s winning with warthog tusk which he gave to me).
The design is of course classic and you stick to your principles admirably, don’t go changing’ please! So after hours of enjoyable browsing, having chosen the exact knife, the ordering is totally straightforward, engraving options are clear.
