I usually pay my with KTS. It's easy I just fax them in at the beginning of month and don't have to worry about running around to make money orders or post office visits. And if theirsany issues I just call up. Their very helpfull.Kts

Terrible company. The company is completely backwards. If you have a bill increase (e.g. Spectrum monthly bill goes up), they will always be paying the old amount. If you want to increase to current invoice, you have to manually pay your bills for 3 consecutive months, and only 3 months later can you request KTS to pay your bills if you want the full amount to be paid.

Overall, my experience with KTS Pooled Trust has been positive. While I cannot speak to other service providers, I have had very few issues with how KTS handles my assets. Whenever a concern does arise, their team is incredibly prompt, providing clear explanations and effective solutions. Their customer service has been first-rate throughout my time with them. My only critique is the fee structure; they charge an annual fee on top of the standard monthly service fee, which I find unusual compared to industry norms. If you are already satisfied with a pooled trust that does not charge these additional fees, I would suggest staying where you are. However, if you are struggling with poor customer service elsewhere, KTS has a proven track record of being responsive and reliable.

I just want to say I’ve been with KTS for my husband For at least 10years. I must say my experience in dealing with the employees at KTS has been over the top, their professionalism, their courtesy the friendliness is above and beyond. When you call and you have questions or you need their assistance, they immediately take action in making sure that you get the information that you need. My experience has been with TANIA, CINDY & DIANA and a couple of more employees I can’t remember all their names but everyone that picks up the phone they’re amazing!! if I had to give a rating on a scale of 1 to 10 I will definitely give them more. I will give them a 20. They go above and beyond.
