Klaiyi Hair Reviews 

So this was my 2nd order from Klaiyi Hair and I am very pleased w/their communication and service. Unfortunately my 2nd order was out of stock due to high demand but they gave me the option to pick any other wig from their website or just receive a refund. Well I opted for a refund being that I had my heart set on the particular wig I had ordered so they promptly refunded me and it has already posted to my credit card. So if you were curious about this wig company I can attest to the fact that I had a positive experience w/them and hopefully your service will be great too!

I got two wigs, and they were very cheap-looking. I requested a return label, and that was a month ago. I texted all the information that they asked for. Every time I send information, they come up with excuses. I will NEVER purchase anything from them again. The hair looks like dry rubber, and the supposedly water wave looked like a rope.. I even thought about buying more wigs, but after this, I'm done!!!

I’ve ordered from KLAIYI Hair before and I was above and beyond satisfied with my product! So of course, I’m a return customer! I recently placed an order and added my PO Box. I love how I was contacted via email to let me know that I would need to change it to a physical address and I was assisted with the issue by Miss Lily and it will be shipped to me asap! Amazing customer service and amazing products! I love this supply chain so much!

The actual wig was just ok, the complaint is the poor customer service. My satin wig bag was not included in the box. I chated with klaiy hair's chat, they said the satin wig bax was in my "free stuff" and was not sent out. Chat said to take a picture of what was in my box and email the pic to custorer service and provided the email address and said someone would email within 24-48 hours. That didn't happen, so after 48 hours I emailed again, customer service replied to email and said to mention I didn't receive my bag on my next order. What!!! No not ever again, there are too many other companies in the same business as they are and I will not recomend them to anyone.

My experience with Klaiyi hair was very professionally and helpful when I needed to and exchanged the size of my hair. They email me without no hesitation. Quality hair.

There was someone looking at wigs on my phone, and they ordered the wig by mistake. Once she let me know that she ordered the wig unintentionally, I contacted they vendor right away. They let me know that I would be refunded in 2 business days. They were great at understanding the situation. There customer service was top tier.

Hair came way faster than expected..I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.. The hair is very nice, bought one for my niece and she loved it. Thank you Annie. Love most of Klaiyi wigs. You just have to be careful with the lengths due to curly hair, other than that great products and customer service is wonderful to work with you.
