So I purchased bundles from OQ for the first time for a sew-in. It is by far the best hair. I have had no problem with tangling, hardly any shedding. My stylist loved the hair. I have been going to her for years. Other companies says no tangling and have had lots of tangling. Will definitely purchase more from this company.

I have shopped on many different websites but OQ hair is by far the best company. I have been hooked on the quality of the lace, the hair, and how fast I receive the hair. I definitely recommend if you want to feel and look nice.

Packaging was great. The hair arrived quickly just in time for the install. This isn’t first time using this hair and so far no issues. This is not a lie maintenance style do proper care is needed to maintain the hair. Will order again.

This was my first experience with miracle knots and OQ Hair did not disappoint. The hair is gorgeous and looked even better after installation. Shipping made me a little nervous, but it came just in time for my hair appointment.

I love my hair so much that I order a second one a week later and I think im going to order a third.

⭐⭐⭐ 3/5 Stars – Great Hair, Disappointing Shipping Experience

Let me start by saying the hair itself is beautiful! The curls are gorgeous, the quality is good, and I’m genuinely happy with the wig now that I have it. As far as the actual hair goes, I’d easily give it a 4.5/5.

However, the shipping experience was a completely different story. My order was delayed, and I had to reach out to the company because I never received my original package. After contacting customer service, they did arrange to send out another wig, which I do appreciate. Thankfully, the replacement arrived, and I am happy with the product.

That being said, customers shouldn’t have to constantly reach out, follow up, and worry about whether their orders are actually going to arrive. The quality of the hair is important, but the overall customer experience matters just as much.

I would definitely recommend the hair based on its quality, but I hope the company puts more effort into improving its shipping process and keeping customers informed.

This was my first time purchasing a wig from OQ Hair. I usually buy my wigs from Love Me Hair, but I decided to try OQ Hair because they had the red copper color I wanted.

Honestly, I completely regret this purchase. The wig does not feel or look like human hair. It looks almost synthetic, which is extremely disappointing, especially considering that it is supposed to be kinky curly human hair.

I’m not someone who wears wigs regularly. In fact, I rarely wear them. I purchased this wig in March and only wore it about twice. When I first received it, I actually tried to return it because it was too big for my head, but I never received a response.

Recently, I decided to revamp the wig, and I was shocked by what I discovered. The entire front is practically bald. There is barely any hair left around the lace, making the wig completely unwearable.

Looking back, I remember noticing some shedding around the lace when I wore it, but I didn’t think much of it at the time. Now, after revamping it, I can clearly see how severe the shedding has become.

For a wig that I have only worn twice, this is unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed with the quality and honestly feel like I wasted my money.

If you’re ever thinking of buying a kinky curly wig from OQ Hair, please don’t. I can’t speak for their straight wigs because I’ve never tried them, but specifically when it comes to their kinky curly wigs, I would not recommend them. Save your money and shop elsewhere. My experience has been extremely disappointing.
