The quality of this braiding boho hair... horrible. I am so mad. All of the money I spent on my braids and this hair. A total waste. It keeps getting tangled, matted. I wouldve came out better with synthetic. It feels nice, like human hair, but no way is this human hair. It was matting the very first day, before any product. T

I can't speak highly enough of the customer service I've received from Ywigs! I had questions before purchasing, and they were so nice and prompt. I did need to make an exchange for a smaller sized cap, and that process was super fast and easy! Every rep I spoke with was wonderful, especially Vicky! I highly recommend this company! Also, the quality of the hair so far exceeded my expectations!! I'm excited for my exchange to arrive, and I will be purchasing again!

I am OBSESSED with my Ywigs weft bundles! I honestly couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I got a sew-in for my 25th birthday, and these bundles made my entire look come together perfectly! From the moment I received them, I could tell the quality was amazing. The hair is absolutely beautiful, soft, full, and luxurious. It blends so effortlessly, holds its style beautifully, and gives me exactly the look I was going for.

I’ve received so many compliments, and I genuinely couldn’t be more in love with how my hair turned out. The quality exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t have chosen a better set of bundles for such a special occasion.

Great hair and customer service.

Some of the best hair I’ve had in a while. There was a package that had some hair that got tangled and was bad but the others were amazing. I did braids and they came out great the patch that was tangled I threw out. When I went to use the hair 2 more times there were no more tangles. I’m going to buy more despite the issue I had when I 1st installed the hair. There was no breakage or fallout. I recommend it!

**Extremely Disappointed – YWIGS Boho Human Hair Loose Wave Bulk Hair Extensions, 18” 100g – BK-LW-8**

I first started noticing YWIGS on social media, primarily Facebook and Instagram. I saved several of their videos because the hair looked absolutely beautiful. Eventually, YWIGS started appearing regularly on my social media feed. After wearing boho braids for the past two years, I decided, why not give this hair a try? Based on the advertising, it looked amazing!

**WRONG!**

I purchased the **Boho Human Hair – Loose Wave Bulk Hair Extensions, 18” 100g – BK-LW-8**, and this hair was extremely expensive, even with the first-time buyer promotion.

The hair is currently installed in my braids, and O.M.G.! If only I had known how badly this hair would tangle and mat, I would NEVER have purchased it. To make matters worse, the beautiful waves shown in the advertising are completely gone. The hair is now practically straight!

I have only used water and mousse to maintain this hair, just as I have with every other brand of boho hair I have purchased. I have followed my usual daily maintenance routine, yet this hair has failed miserably in comparison to other brands I have used.

What makes this experience even more frustrating is the amount of money I invested—not only in the hair itself but also in the installation of my braids. Now, I am faced with having to remove my braids because the hair has become so tangled and matted that it is no longer manageable.

I cannot stand seeing consumers being misled by product advertising and promotional videos that make a product look far better than what customers actually receive. I would much rather spend my money on a reputable product that delivers the quality and performance being advertised.

I have used another brand that costs less and still maintains its waves with minimal to no tangling when properly maintained. Considering how much upkeep boho braids already require, I expect the hair I purchase to hold up to that routine.

Unfortunately, **YWIGS did not live up to the hype, the advertised quality, or the price!**

Needless to say, I will NEVER purchase from this company again. If I could give this product a **NEGATIVE ZERO**, I absolutely would!

I would not recommend this hair to any of my friends, nor would I recommend it to anyone on social media. Consumers deserve honest reviews and accurate product representations—not promotional hype that leaves them spending their hard-earned money on a product that does not deliver.

**Save your money and do your research before purchasing!**

I accidentally ordered the wrong specifications for my wig and the customer service team were amazing at helping me arrange a swap! The quality is great and the kinky texture blends well. I always buy my wigs from here.

Vicki was very prompt and professional. She helped me navigate the exchange process step by step. My original order arrive fast and on time as well as the exchange. The turn around time was 2 days!!! I extremely happy with the product and customer service.

I paid for hair and never received my package, noticed customer service on many occasions, kept getting the same rude lady. She even hung up on me. I asked for her name and was told she couldn't give me that information and hung up on me. I called back and she kept hanging up on me. Then finally she answered without saying hello and told me she have to keep the telephone line. Clear for other customers. I was never offered money back or reshipment. First time customer. Smh

I bought several bundles from Ywigs and my last order I got the 613 but the color wasn’t what I was expecting. When I reached out to customer service for return/exchange they were helpful. Specifically, Wendy went above and beyond my expectations. I had a trip coming up and I was worried I wouldn’t receive the hair I wanted in time to get my hair done before the trip. Long story short, I got my hair fast and I got my refund for the return without any hassle! I was so happy! Thank you Wendy 🫶🏾

I refuse to believe this is human hair! It’s such poor quality - don’t buy your bundles from ywigs. No-stop tangling. Honestly looks like a bird’s nest. Never again.

They are extremely responsive whether I reach out through chat or email, I always receive quick and helpful answers. My initial purchase was the Miracle Knots, and it worked great for me. The hair did have a slight smell at first, but once I washed it, it was perfect: soft, manageable, and easy to maintain with water and conditioner. Now I’m looking into the pre‑looped crochet hair, and based on my experience so far, I’m confident it will be just as good.

My experience was great because the ordering process was very smooth. My hair was delivered in a timely manner and was exactly what I wanted when it arrived. I love the ease of the website. Everything is easy to find and they have so many options for any hair needs.

I order the deep water wave hair and I absolutely LOVE it...the quality and definition of the curls are perfect, it last for such a long time and really helps give the boho look that I was going for. They ship so fast and never disappoint!! 10/10 in my score book!!
