I applied for your service and did recive a notice back
Do not subscribe to this. They randomly take money from your bank years later without sending you any email to advise they are going to do it. Then offer you only 65% of it back! Its awful

Refusal of Refund
After several weeks of working with tech support trying to get IPVanish to allow a connection to my email providers or not allowing images to come through I cancelled my subscription. I'm told that in spite of the fact that I have two years remaining on the subscription they will not issue a refund.
If you find the service unusable as I did don't look to get you money back.
Management got back to me and explained the situation from the viewpoint of their internal system. There were extenuating issues. They have agreed to make me whole. I have to withdraw my criticism and applaud them for reaching out and correcting a problem with one of their customers. Bravo.

the setup was quite simple to do (good because after using PCs for over forty years I'm still not as proficient as I should be) the price for the services I receive is excellent . over all great product !
I had a billing issue, and Jaspher was more than accommodating. He addressed my concerns and quickly remedied them without any complication or pushback. Receiving this kind of service is refreshing and rare these days.
I used IPVanish for a few months, but found VPNs weren't what I needed; the customer service team at IPVanish was fast, understanding and thorough.
I am very impressed!
I will recommend IPVanish to anyone I know who needs a VPN!
This is excellent VPN that we should choose. With budget friendly, it gives away many possibilities and benefits for users security, privacy, and access. Customer service is outstanding experience, prompt responses and support for customer satisfaction.
Everything about IPVanish is excellent especially customer service

IPVanish auto-renewed my subscription through PayPal at nearly 4x the original cost. IPVanish agreed to refund the charge, but after several days, the refund had not been processed. They later said their automated refund failed and asked me to provide my credit card information. I declined because I use PayPal to protect my financial information and avoid sharing my credit card details with third-party merchants.

I have discovered that IP Vanish employs the tactic of renewing subscriptions without proper customer agreement, at inflated prices and without appropriate cancellation facilitation. This includes being unable to turn off automatic renewal, maintaining that a 30 day cancellation provision applies only to new contracts and excludes renewals and the tactic of renewing at the highest possible price (and not the one listed in the exisiting subscription)

CONSUMER BEWARE!!! I paid for a two-year subscription during a promo for ipVanish in April of 2025. In March of this year (2026), while adding one of the TVs in my house to my account, I noticed what the renewal price for one year was going to be (a LOT!) so I decided I was not going to continue service with them after my two-year subscription ended. At that time, I still had a bit over one year left, so while I wasn't in a hurry, I began looking for how to remove my payment information from their site so I didn't forget and end up being charged an exorbitant amount later. The platform is *not* user friendly, and no matter where I looked, I could not find where to change or remove my payment information. I contacted support, who did respond timely and provided instructions for canceling my membership - which they said would not happen until my current paid term was up (April, 2027). Great! Life was life'ing and it wasn't until about 3 months later that I finally got back around to logging back in and following their instructions, which I did to the tee. It bright me to the cancellation screen, however, their system would not let me save the changes, continuing to pop up an error message telling me that I could not cancel, and to "contact support." Ok, frustrating. I responded to the same email chain I had with "CJ," who I had gone back and forth with multiple times by this point. I emailed him screenshots of what was happening, asking for help. I started having issues accessing my account at this point and was eventually logged out, unable to access my account at all, even through resetting my password. My service on both my TVs also stopped working. I again contacted support telling them what was going on, with screenshots, at which point they asked me to verify my personal information to ensure the account was mine, which I did. They also asked for my credit card information. RED FLAG! I told them "no, I have provided all of my personal contact information used to sign up and I am emailing you from the email address that I have on file with you. I'm not giving you my credit card number." They still demanded my credit card info and refused to do anything until and unless I provided it. The whole point of all of this was to remove my payment information from their website - at which point they figured out that I did not wish to continue on with their service after my paid membership time would end (many months down the road) and suddenly my account no longer works and they are refusing to help? If it walks like a scam, and talks like a scam, it's a SCAM to me! I now have been jipped out of nearly half the membership term I paid for, and may have to cancel my credit card before April, as I do not trust them. Negative experience. I am signing up for a new VPN service elsewhere. CONSUMER BEWARE!

Pain in the butt. All I want to do is buy it and it keeps telling me I tried to many attempts. I had one of my cards that flagged it as possible fraud. I tried once, clicked it was ok. Tried a second time and then I started getting this stupid message.
