A scam renewal process
I took up a subscription over a year ago for about £25 p.a. A while ago I noticed that a payment of about £129 had been taken from my account. It was for a renewed subscription to this company. I had no pre-warning that this was happening and would not have agreed to it. I sent an email to Total AV objecting about the charge. They did not have the courtesy of replying to me. A most unethical company. I have now unsubscribed and will return to Norton or McAfee next year! If you foolishly accept Total AV make sure you cancel automatic subscription.

I am so irritated by this company
I am so irritated by this company; keep getting emails that take you directly to their site and doesn't have an unsubscribe feature. No idea why they started emailing me. Had to do some serious research to find how to unsubscribe. Not even sure if it will work, would love to have given them a negative 50.

I gave you one star because I could not give you a 0 star.This is the worst service I've ever seen.First , you try to charge me 1.99 3 times then when I go to cancel you , charge me 23.99, somebody's asleep at the wheel, wake up, find out what's going on, either you or somebody's ripping people off.

This company uses scam practices to forcably sign up customers
This company tricks people into buying the subscriptions.
Here is how they do it. They obviously have some sort of deal with Cello Parking
This happened to me and other person I found on Facebook. This is the other persons experience
'I was trying to get a parking app on my phone. I was NOT trying to get an antivirus subscription at all. After I entered the info to register the parking app, ads for TotalAV started popping up on my phone, and these ads would not close. TotalAV took $1.99 from me using the card number I had entered for the parking app. At no point did I ever authorize a payment to TotalAV, but they signed me up and took my money anyway. The next day I cancelled the subscription and wrote to TotalAV to explain that I didn't want their service, that I didn't authorize payment, and that I did not want them to have my card info'
It's almost exactly what happened to me except I was forced to cancel my credit card to stop them and lost 5 hours of work time dealing with it.
Total AV then sent me an email trying to get my new credit card details so they could 'cancel my subscription' Frauds and scammers.
