I purchased a number of times and in one case email with URL to book delivery appointment was never sent, but after a week of delay and talking with local post office support we received the goods.

Simple ordering experience if you are buying goods sold by home24.
Problems arise when you want to order stuff from other sellers on the same website.

No delivery, 2 months after promised delivery date.
I ordered a large set of furniture back in April, with the promised delivery date in July. The delivery date has been moved on 4 times now, every time I email their customer support I get the same old response "we are sorry for the delay", with no reason why, just that we have to wait.
The delivery is now in mid September. I think its time to cancel the order. It's never coming. Such a shame.

A terrible experience
A terrible experience. The furniture is very poor quality, and the customer service is extremely slow. After several weeks, we finally arranged a return and a collection. I took a day off specifically to be available, but nobody showed up to collect the furniture. A complete waste of money.

Horrible customer service. My order never arrived and they kept on dragging my case for almost over a month. I will never use this website again.
