Unable to make balance transfer
Unable to make balance transfer kept saying address was wrong checked it 5 times even tried copy and pasting the address from fluid to the other bank so it was perfectly the same and it still failed saying address was wrong, phone number isn’t available for anyone who works day shift hours.

Worse experience with fluid so far not happy using there is no transfer option available even this card i get for transfer and there is no minimum payment and if you pay in advance the amount still be taken from your account there are many things to improve i have newday Card aqua with limit of 2700 and i feel they are good but sorry worse experience with fluid

Long-term account holder and very satisfied
I have been a Fluid Card holder for quite some time now, and have found them to be extremely professional, fair, safe and reliable.
When I’ve needed to report a problem with a product purchase, they have been straight on it, and the issue has been resolved quickly to my satisfaction. If you’re looking for a credit card, think Fluid.

Chris and Angel changed my life!
Massive thanks to Chris and Angel for bearing with me and getting my mortgage through. It was massive as a newly single woman that I was even able to be accepted for a mortgage for myself and my children let alone to get it all finalised in around 6 months. The whole process was handled brilliantly and the Fluid team took all of the stress and worry out of much of the process. Chris and Angel were always just at the end of a message and keeping up with the progress was quick and easy with the app and message function. In the end my mortgage was expedited to ensure I could complete my purchase. I really cannot thank Angel enough. Worth every single penny and I would not hesitate to recommend Fluid to anyone and indeed have done in some online forums.
