To pay $235.00 a ticket for this show; the entertainer played for 1 /1/2 hour, to use a portal potty without a light and no preferred seating available. I can see why there was hardly a crowd and perhaps that’s why this band will never have the opportunity to play in Asbury Park, New Jersey. So disappointed, disgusted and doubtful I would ever attend another show ever again.

MY EXPERIENCE, nothing but a scam. Especially, when having conversations with other individuals (strangers) attending the same show who only paid a fraction of the ticket price myself and two friends paid believing we’re getting something extra special. Apparently, the special was a scam/rip-off.

Please note I have seen this entertainer 4 times prior and honestly what a rip-off, this time.

I am politely asking for his team to make this right, however honestly I do not have much faith, in the integrity of Mr. Grey’s team or the ticket seller.

John Melloncamp who recently played at PNC Arts Center played longer and OMG Bruce Springsteen who is in is upper seventy’s put a 53 year old man (who calls himself an entertainer) to shame.

And yes, it’s true I have very little power however, never underestimate the POWER OF THE PEN AND THE VOICE. They can never be taken away and I REALLY like sharing my experiences, positive and negative. WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! MY EXPERIENCE WOULD RECOMMEND NEVER USING THIS SERVICE. UGH, APPEARS WE WERE SCAMMED, SPEAKING FOR MYSELF.

It was easy booking tickets unfortunately it wasn't very clear even when you choose your seat you can order the t-shirt at the same time(when they choose the best available seat it was an standard option). I tried asking but didn't get a answer unfortunately.
But in the end it worked out.

It states that we must print out a hard copy of the ticket for entry. Adding to Google or Apple Wallet should be offered for digital entry

This company own see tickets who are impossible to reach with one of those websites where you cannot find any form of contact for the refund of cancelled tickets, i emailed Eventim regarding the cancelled Eric Clapton concert and they referred me back to see tickets, i am £310 out of pocket with no way of getting a refund, avoid at all costs

The event was moved to another venue and since there were no seating places I have been offered a refund.
However Eventim did not refund the whole amount, they retain part of it. Without any explanation and without answering to several inquiries.
Worst service ever

Easy to use service and immediate delivery!

Horrendous experience trying to contact EVENTIM regarding the refund of some tickets to Foo Fighters in Germany next week.

I have sadly contracted stage 4 cancer and an unable to attend the gig and have been trying to contact this company over and over via email and phone and have not recieved any contact back other than AI or pre scripted posts.

Appalled that a company would not have the humanity to come to some sort of agreement or at least have some form of human interaction to discuss my options given the circumstance.

Tried using the secondary tickets site but can’t decipher it with it being in German, again some actually human support would have been helpful.

Never had these sort of problems buying tickets to a uk show and the experience has left me very frustrated as I could do with the money given I’m currently going through chemo.

Absolutely first class service for Berlin and Seal.
Purchasing the tickets was straight forward and in English. Seating is first come first served which is stated. So we know what to expect. Ticket prices are reasonable.
Postage paid for and tickets arrived after two days by UPS. Yes extra cost (€7) but well worth it. I love the tickets in hand!

They took one week to answer an email, I couldn't get to speak to anyone on the
phone. I honestly believe they sent me the wrong tickets. I clicked on block 4 and got tickets for block 6 (pretty much the worst tickets available)

They said it was impossible to move me and recommended selling them on or rebooking. My advice is 
check very carefully while purchasing. If you get them posted, they add on another 30 or 40 Euros as they  use DHL so locate the
discreetly placed email/print at home option.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I selected best tickets, but got standing for 2 of 4 concerts. I wanted electronic ticket, none available, nobody answered my email, UPS said signature required, but then threw the envelope with hundreds of euros worth of tickets on the floor in the building hallway. A horrible experience.
