They sent me a battery that was only 12% charged. I would have expected one that was much closer to fully charged

I found this mount to be very sturdy well made and variable. I built a base for it so I can move it around. But I can see it working anywhere you can attach the legs. It's missing instructions for 1 panel use but really not hard to figure out what not to use ( extensions, third(middle) rail and the support leg for it ( would be 5th leg), plus associated washers, bolts,nuts, and panel clamps. I'm saving all of this in case I expand to more panels. There were a couple of hiccups but customer service was excellent, super responsive and more than willing to resolve the issue. I expected resistance but they understood the issue and adjusted to my complete satisfaction which I thought was refreshing and reasonable.

The products that I've used from Ecoworthy have been the best I've tried so far. The value is excellent as is the quality of their products. I also have to say their customer service is top notch. They will help you in any way they can. They are patient and very detail oriented.
Ecoworthy also listens to their customers and changes or upgrades their products to be best they can be and to increase the simplicity for the customers.

I spent $3,840 on four Cubix 100 Pro V2 batteries and a rack. I currently own one battery and an empty rack.

My shipping and billing addresses got swapped at checkout. I emailed support THREE MINUTES after ordering, before a single box left their warehouse. A fix would have taken them one click. Instead I got weeks of copy-paste nonsense.

First they claimed they’d fixed the address. They hadn’t. Then they told me to “refuse the packages,” over and over, even though the packages were going to an address 100 miles away. You cannot refuse a package that never comes to your door. I explained this repeatedly and kept getting the same scripted reply. I rerouted what I could myself. Three batteries and the e-stop switch could only be redirected by them, and they didn’t do it. They said the switch would be returned to their warehouse. It wasn’t.

Eventually they agreed in writing to ship replacements and called the request “fully processed.” Then came two weeks of silence. Then a promise of tracking “within tomorrow.” Then nothing. Finally they sent me a screenshot of the ONE battery I rerouted myself and claimed I’d received all four. Their conclusion was that no replacements are coming. It was as if the entire email thread, including their own promise, never happened.

That’s $2,900 of product sitting somewhere I can’t reach. Support either can’t or won’t read their own emails. Remember that this same team stands behind their “10-year warranty.”

I had issues with a dead battery that wouldn't charge and after contacting support they confirmed this was the case. After a few tests and emails they promptly sent me a new battery. Great service and friendly support team!

After months of research, Eco Worthy came out on top. I made my purchase which was shipped the next day. Ive had a 4 pack of the 12.8 280 amp batteries installed for about three weeks now. Customer support has been exceptional. Prompt replies to all questions. The batteries themselves exceeded my expectations in every way. When you consider the pricing, there is no other choice, make it Eco Worthy!

They are very good ,responsible and very affordable on all there items

The shipping was fast and free! The batteries are in perfect condition. On the server rack, there was a small issue with the insulator on one of the 600A busbars, but support was quick to respond and resolve the issue. Highly recommend.
