The system was easy to order and was delivered fast. They did not initially deliver 1 box (2 solar panels), but working with customer service (Cathy) quickly and easily resolved this issue and the missing box arrived about one week later. We have not installed this system yet, but we have an older one from Eco-Worthy at another cabin in Southern Illinois and it works great (so this one should too). The only critique I would have is that the cardboard boxes they ship the system in are very flimsy and dent/rip easily...the boxes were in pretty bad shape when they arrived and had to be retaped before we moved them, but hopefully all of the contents are still ok. For that reason I would definitely take out the "shipping insurance" as it was cheap (under $100) when compared to the cost of our system (over $4,000). Otherwise, all was very good!

This parking spot was very hard to find and the signage was not great, but once I found it everything was great.

Everything was great...it was easy to use and the cost was awesome ($17 vs. $45 on a competitor's web site for the exact same location/event/date/time).
