I have used the tinted moisturizer with SPF for a couple of years, and I use the under eye concealer. I’m very happy with both. I like that they are not scented, and leave my skin looking and feeling great without the sticky sunscreen feel that most products leave me with.

I have been trying to get a refund for a product that did NOT work for me and according to their website they will refund. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company due to them not giving the credit. They then contacted me and stated if I cancelled the dispute they would credit my card. My credit card company then recharged my account on 7-16-26 and to this day NO CREDIT has been issued. Now I have to file another dispute. I would NOT recommend this company because of their inconsistent information that is given via email. You can not contact them via phone. I have then filed a complaint with the BBB in which they have a "F" rating. To this date they have NOT responded to BBB.

Product did not match my skin and was drying. When trying to return the product there is a phone number that is no longer in service and their return online has a Catcpa response that does not work (you cannot get the right answer) so you cannot send an email.
So frustrating. I want my refund as it is within the 60 days and yet I cannot get the help I need.

I've been using the product once or twice a day for about three weeks on my arms and chest to help diminish crepey skin and some minor sunspots. I have not seen any improvement at all. The only reason I'm giving it two stars instead of one is because it does provide some minimal hydration. The fact that they do not tell customers the amount of retinol in the product should have been my first clue. I had purchased 2 tubes of the retinol body lotion and
will continue until it's gone. Lesson learned.

The face products are a game changer. After start their skin care. Started getting complements on my skin. The complements keep coming. My face feels soft and smoother and a decrease of fine lines. Highly recommend Drmtology.

ordered by mistake tried to get refund and they would not issue a refund BUYER BEWARE ! worst customer service ! will not refund who does not track there returns ! wow I'm sure this will be deleted by them I hope at least a few of you get to read this before they delete it.

Jae been trying the wrinkle creams for face and neck for 3months and no difference. It almost looks like it caused more wrinkles on my forehead that I didn’t have before. False advertisement for sure.

I had some questions about my order and the customer service was phenomenal. Can't say enough! Also love the products but was so impressed with quick responses and quick solving of the issue.

I’ve use this product before and I especially like it because of its pleasant scent. I recently bought and returned two bottles of SPF tinted moisturizer because of rancid and stale smell then I bought one on the website and it had the same stale smell. I can’t stand it. I have written to the company several times, but there has been no response. I’m really disappointed in the Customer Service.

Product not received. Company unable to provide proof of delivery. And now not responding to my texts.

As soon as I finish this review I am throwing away the tinted moisturizer. When I applied it the first time, I gagged from the rancid odor. I contacted the company and gave them my product identification information so they could explain. They said it smelled that way because it was " fragrance free." It sounded phony to me. I worked in beauty product development and marketing for years. But I wanted it to be true! The product story was inviting . I tried it again a few weeks later. Same reaction. I tried it for the last time today. Going for tests at a hospital. As I walked from parking I realized I could still smell it. Hoped no one else could. Rancid. Spoiled oils. Today I quit the Emperor's New Clothes group of users. Realize I got scammed and had my money and hope stolen. Buyer beware. Grand scale cheats

I don’t as subscribed to receive their concealer but my skin condition changed and started reacting to it. I didn’t open the product I received and requested a return (twice) but never got a response.

Underwhelming performance and does not live up to the hype.

I LOVE THESE PRODUCTS!!! I have been using multiple products from DRMTLGY for over a year and a half. They are amazing! My skin is smoother, tighter, and overall redness is gone, not better, but gone! I’m 57 and feel my skin doesn’t show its age! It looks and feels incredible!
I have a subscription and receive my regular products every 3 months. The subscription prices are very reasonable and keeps my skincare regimen consistent.
The products are environmentally friendly and they are made with quality ingredients. I am hooked on these products! I use my products regularly and without fail. I recommend using them for at least 6 months. I truly believe you will be hooked too! I highly recommend these amazing products!!
