Loyalty NOT rewarded

I and my daughter have been doing business with CA for three years now. We have been loyal, reliable and consistently paid our obligations on time and well in excess of the minimum required and yet we have consistently been given loan rates well above the advertised rates that I receive regularly despite above average (exceptional actually) credit scores and favorable debt ratios. It seems like CA doesn’t want the loyalty and with my daughter graduating in the next year I think we will have to examine alternatives for consolidation very carefully
