Thinkful (Chegg) and Ascent took full advantage of me when my brain was down and out after amygdala damage from a whiplash injury. I was barely functional, couldn’t think straight, and these parasites still pushed their overpriced program on me like vultures. Absolute predators.
Sam Bernstein, the State of Michigan, and every single one of its doctors and lawyers can all go to hell. Y’all are trash. Straight-up trash. You failed me, ignored me, and left me hanging while these “education” scammers ran off with whatever they could squeeze out of a damaged brain.

Easy process, big problem getting in touch later though
Very easy loan process, that much is appreciated. Unforutnately it is impossible to get in touch with someone to assist in how my overpayments are allocated. I have tried calling and get stuck in an endless loop of IVR options that don't apply to what I am calling about. I have emailed and the response I get is to call the number to speak to them. Very frustrating, don't understand why you can't call and speak to a representative.
