I bought two bottles of cerave Itch relief, I found the cream worked quite well for my neuropathy itch on my back from my spinal disease but the pump applicator wouldn't dispense the last inch of cream . I had to keep shaking the bottle downwards or bang it on cupboard top . Because of my disabilities it made my joints painful it is much too expensive to discard what is virtually stuck in the bottle I am trying to find an alternative make with the same ingredients

I purchased at CVS on sale. When I
Home I looked for the expiration date.
I asked for a used by date with customer service after a long hold. She said the lot number printed on the box and the product does not let them tell a manufacturer date. That crap! Yes it can!
The rep read a script about how they can’t offer that info etc etc. very unhappy with their customer service.

I had a very bad experience with this anti-dandruff shampoo. Instead of improving my dandruff, it made my scalp much more flaky and irritated. After using it, I started developing hard, crusty patches on my scalp, and some areas became so irritated that they started bleeding. I stopped using the shampoo because my scalp condition became noticeably worse. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this product based on my experience.

I’ve been using ceraVe since 2022 and I can definitely say that it’s the best product I’ve ever used. Some of my favorites are acne control cleanser, daily moisturizing lotion and facial hydrating cleanser, these are a game changer for me even though I’m not happy with some of the products and are absolute waste of money for me like the eye repair cream, that product doesn’t help at all and are others too but apart from that I love everything about the products I’ve used.

For the high cost of this cream I found it useless made no difference to my skin after few weeks of using. The one I get for £1.25 from discount store works so much better. Complained to company only to be told to buy this other one ! Wont buy ever again

I have been using the CeraVe moisturising lotion for 6 months now and it absorbs quickly and my flaky patches cleared up in 3 days and doesn't feel greasy but the pump stopped working when it was 1/4 full and might be too heavy for oily skin types.
I'd recommend CeraVe to anyone with normal-to-dry skin. It's reliable and does what it promises.

I purchased my daughter a face wash for sensitive skin, emailed the company to inform them that the pump lid has mould in it, the spring has some form of rust and sent pictures. This email was sent a few weeks ago and no response. For such a pricy product, one would expect better customer service!

The cerave renewing eye cream is a scam!
When I bought the first tube and started using it for like a month, I still didn’t see any result. On tube it says to give it like a week. And the texture of this is jelly and makes my eyes feel heavy. I bought a second tube just to give it another go, I haven’t finished it as I moved onto something else.. this product does not work.. it cost me a lot but never worked.. I didn’t even see the darkness under my eyes fading..

The product is good but sadly I have to stop making any further purchases as Cerave is not fully cruelty free and third parties and especially china animals tested on in labs are mandatory to test on animals. until they go PETA OR leaping bunny 100% cruelty free i have to stop buying. Hope they do.

I just turned 50 and somehow as if overnight I could see crepey bits around my eyes and jowls, my skin felt tight and looked so old after using just my usual cream.
After trying all the usual viral miracle creams, serums, rollers etc, I saw this in Sainsbury's and decided to try it. I thought no way will something so cheap in price work.
TWO DAYS in, my skin is drinking it up! The crepey bits are smooth and I still have the jowls 🤣 obvs, but now two weeks later I'm absolutely loving how much brighter and smoother my skin looks.
I don't understand the bad reviews, I can only imagine folks are expecting miracles, but for me, having the slight crêpe disappear after this cream clearly hydrated my skin immensely, was enough to make me more confident about my wee aging face ☺️.

I bought CeraVe products off their page on Amazon. I ordered it by mistake, but within 30 seconds i asked them to cancel the order (due to my mistake in ordering). I received absolutely ZERO communication from this store, and they just delivered the product. I will never buy from their store on Amazon again. I have never had a company refuse to cancel an order or refuse any communication on Amazon before, so do better please!

Purchased Cerave Hydrating Foam Cleanser due to the many positive reviews on the Boots website, so extremely disappointed with my experience.
As a mature lady with dry skin I thought it would be an ideal product, to remove makeup and hydrate my skin.
Despite wearing light and non waterproof makeup only, it took several washes to cleanse my face and I still needed to use eye makeup remover.
After washing my face I was aware of a slight burning sensation which combined with a feeling of 'tightness' still persisted the following morning.
As a result I would not use this product on my face again and certainly wouldn't recommend, especially for baby skin, its just not worth the risk !

I've never seen my face clear up so quick! I'm 26, and my face literally hasn't been this clear since before I was a teenager. Highly recommend!

I use the ceraVe dry to very dry lotion and cream, i have dry skin. It took 4 weeks for my skin to improve overall and have no break outs so an adjustment period needed. I use the hydrating cleanser and the ceraVe cream for face and lotion for body. My skin feels hydrated and soft for the first time in a long time. My elbows and knees are soft which they have never been. Highly recommend!

CeraVe skin renewing eye cream. I would like to know the percent of Vaseline is in this product. The ingredient list is very long for 15 ml tube. Won't repeat buy this. Just feels like petroleum jelly.

This product for hyperpigmentation really works! I had three huge patches on my face, cheeks and nose. They were extremely dark and large. I used it three times a day and could now go back to modeling if I chose. It has completely erased all dark pigmentation.
I did have to keep a clean and makeup free face and apply it religiously. It took a year which may seem like a long time but my face was extremely damaged. To use an over the counter product and not a doctor it was brilliant t!

Moisturiser and foaming cleanser bottles both had lumps of dried product in them,tried to raise a complaint for a replacement and the company said they would not replace the items despite being faulty.

Didn't work for my eczema. And I've seen their ad on a streaming app now every 30 min at least twice. Which only makes my eczema worse. So please stop that ad :)

I absolutely love their moisturizer. Texture is quite thin so money for product is only ok, but I love the quality. The smoothness. Lovely!
