Jeans did not fit and measure as waist said.

My jacket had chocolate? Stains on the front of it…
It could have been clearly seen when it was being packaged so I don’t understand why it was sent to me in that condition?

ordered it to a package pick up point, ended up getting a mail that it was not able to be delivered at that exact point. (“package was to big or no room”. This pickup point was around 2 min away from my house with car. Instead I had to ride 15 minutes to a dhl service point. ended up getting my package and I’m happy with the products but not the service. this package was small so it could have fit. Thanks.

I´m desapointed of the package. If you want to debit , please put this option in the moment of the purchase . you need to give this option to the customer. 

It is really easy to buy your clothes on line. The delivery was made only 2 days after my purchase, ¡¡Really express!! It was a good experience.

I would like to see improvements to your delivery service. The shipping company you use, QualityPost, has very poor reviews across Mexico, with numerous complaints about delays, lost or stolen packages, fake delivery attempts, and many other issues. Why do you choose to work with shipping companies that are so poorly rated and have such negative customer experiences? I would much prefer my orders to be shipped through Estafeta or DHL to ensure that they are delivered safely and reliably.
I really hope you will take this feedback into consideration. Thank you!

I waited a month... it arrived today, even though the delivery date was August 11th. They kept sending me fake messages claiming they had come by and couldn't find me, even though I was at home.ELTA are rubbish

Amazing everything was the correct size. The only reason i give 4 stars is because my vest top was very see through so I have to wear something underneath. Everything else was good its really good quality.

Returns & exchanges are super easy I bought a top in a store in the US, when I got back to the UK I opened the bag and realised it had a hole in it.

I bought a pair of men’s baggy black jeans with side patches. The product itself is high quality and it matches the appearance of the jeans displayed on the website. However, I ordered it online and because the website doesn’t specify regional sizes (eg. A Europe size 34 is a UK size 28), I ordered the wrong size and had to return it. The customer service was good and I was able to easily return it. However the website should specify the regional sizes to prevent others from making the same mistake and going through the same hassle.

Really nice clothing really nice outfits but the customer service is shocking. I bought a red coloured technical tracksuit a few days ago wore it with a white vest all the red transferred onto my white vest. There was no warning or care instructions of this within the product description. I then contacted them to inform them of this and to see if they would give a gesture of goodwill for my clothing being ruined by their garments and they basically told me there was nothing they could do and to have a good day.
Beware when purchasing items from them.
