Of three products I have received from this company - 2 have been faulty.

A briefcase costing £800+ should not fail within 4 months! If it does I expect a quick response and within the 48 hours they stipulate on their website.

This is nonsense - they rarely respond and when they do say they pass it onto another department - which does happen.

Weeks in and I am no further forward and they are not responding to emails.

I would avoid these like the plague they consider themselves a premium brand, their products and service are certainly not.

Stick to Mont Blanc slightly more expensive but better quality - across the patch

I initially had an order query so contacted the Support team by email.
Emily wrote back and after a couple of messages she had dealt with my query and set the order up so I could pay easily using Apple Pay.
My order arrived very quickly, and was packaged really well with everything contained in beautiful and perfect condition.

I went to by a Midi Mayfair 2 on the website. My wife had fallen in love with it and it was her birthday soon. I wasn't offered a discount and the payment page wouldn't load. However, I contacted the London office directly and easily, I was treated extremely well, I was offered a discount and also free gift wrapping. The bag arrived on time and my wife absolutely loves it. All in all, minor hiccup notwithstanding, a great buying experience and one I'd recommend. As for the bag itself, very impressed with the quality and the proportions, finish and construction of the bag is excellent.

Such a great experience with Aspinal of London. A parcel went missing and after a quick investigation I was offered a replacement or money back. Unfortunately I had bought a sale item and it was out of stock. No problem, in that style what colour did I like and the price matched! Never had that from anywhere else! Added to that their products are just beautiful and so well made, I love them!

Ordered a fan for a 40th birthday. It cost £145 so I assumed it would be really special. It arrived and is very small, nothing special at all - it looks in £20-£30 range. To boot I had asked for the friend’s name to be embossed on the leather case- this may have made it a more personalised gift but alas no, with no explanation there was only Aspinal logo. On top of the overpriced cost of the fan, customers are whacked with a £4.95 shipping fee.. I believe you have to spend £150 for free shipping

I wanted to purchase a mini Mayfair bag in buttermilk with the silk scarf but it was on pre order and the stock date kept being pushed back. I emailed customer services. Emily replied within 24 hours as stated, she sourced the bag in stock in store, arranged my Blue Light discount and delivery, then sent me the link to pay.

Constant email spam and no help from staff. I have emailed countless times and unsubscribed on their systems and still every day i get emails. Useless company and I would certainly never deal with them again as a customer!

Bought a gorgeous navy handbag in the sale. It would have been too expensive for me at full price, so this is a real treat. The quality is superb, design is gorgeous and the combination of suede and leather is very elegant. It arrived beautifully packaged and I love it!
