Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable shipping
I received a graphics card worth over €900 with completely inadequate packaging. It was sent without a proper box or protective packaging and was simply wrapped in plastic film. For such an expensive and sensitive electronic product, this is absolutely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.
This kind of packaging creates a serious risk of damage during transport and shows a concerning lack of care for both the product and the customer. A proper cardboard box and sufficient protective material would cost only a few euros. I expected a much higher standard from a professional retailer.

Galaxy buds 3 is broken. No apology for inconvenience, only a complicated return process, where I feel a dhl form to get a qr code, only then I can return it.
They should check the merch , they are selling and have better communication and easier return process

I wouldn’t recommend buying from them, the product reached me 5 days later then the expected delivery time, and they offered me €5 coupon, so I could buy again from them , when I asked I don’t want a coupon and want this back into my account they never replied .
