Still haven't received my money back that they even confirmed by letter they owed me due to a supposed bankruptcy, but then suddenly they opened up shop again?? Interesting way of doing business. E-mailed them about this in January, now it's mid March, never got a reply.

format not easy to understand initially....transfer from reviewing selection,to shopping basket and to carry on shopping could be easier...checkout however easy....

The most horrible experience I've ever had with any e-com business so far. They send my overdue 20€ payment to the 3rd party collection! I can't believe they did this without sending me any reminder! No even one single email, although I was contacted them previously regarding different matters. Seriously, they treat customers like shi$. That's how it feels to me. Never had the intention to avoid 20€ invoice. It happened only because 50% of the value of my purchase I paid in advance. And the second 50% I just forget. We are all humans, never had any bad intentions of not paying for goods received. Now I got incasso for 150€ from some German 3rd party collection. I don't speak a word in German and I find all of this horrible. So much stress and problem over 20€!!! Unbelievable!!!!
