I recently ordered clothing and a few kitchen items from Veepee, and the whole experience was fantastic. The prices were much lower than in stores, delivery was on time, and the products matched the descriptions perfectly. I'll definitely keep coming back for future sales.

I'm very disappointed with my purchases on Veepee. The items I received are often poor quality and don't match the pictures shown on the site at all. Sometimes you even receive a completely different product than what you ordered, which really feels like a scam.
On top of that, customer service is terrible: no real help, no solutions offered when there's a problem.
I strongly do not recommend this site. Shop elsewhere if you want to avoid unpleasant surprises.

There was an error with the delivery company which happened to be the Spanish Post Office. They sent my purchase back and I was never notified until VeePee told me about the return.
The customer service department was excellent. They manage the situation and exceeded my expectations of rectifying my purchase.

Maria del Valle from customer service department went a step further and called me on my mobile to make sure my issue I had with the order was clearly understood so she could help me resolve the issue.

I will continue to be a Loyal customer and encourage anyone to buy from them.

Finding always the best products and for such a bargain. Everything is easy and you can easy return the products in case it does not fit you. I recommend !!!

Very bad delivery, the product was crumpled, not ironed, packaging was non impressive and looked very cheap and shabby. Disappointed

Good deals on many different brands, often enough they are recurring. Only issue is the terrible return policy if not 5 stars. They sent me the wrong item and expected me to pay to return it for a refund not the shipping or keep it and get a ten euro voucher with a very limited expiration date it was worth more than ten euros. They have gotten better since or it depends on who you get because the last time I had a damaged item they refunded it in full, it did cost less than ten euros maybe that's why... So great site as long as there is nothing wrong with your order. I would recommend them.

Overall ok but the delivery service was imposed in my case, and I didn't enjoy. I would like to at least chose where I will take my package.

It's my favourite online discount web, I've been buyng there for 10 years now. Items for myself but also a lot of presents, tickets to shows, stuff for my house. I can find almost everything there. Checking every day theirs promos)!

After more than two decades as a Veepee member, I faced a return issue that the company refused to resolve. One item from a parcel they confirmed receiving was denied, while others were refunded. Customer service stretched the case across months with repetitive messages and no investigation, then refused the refund entirely. The experience showed a lack of accountability and consistency that ultimately forced me to close my account after 21 years.

Package worth 129Euros returned to Veepee according to the tracking number. No refund no contact so far. impossible to get any feedback from their portal or worse they do it on purpose to not send a copy of your claim by email. Think 3 times befor ordering. Have been using Veepee the last 10 years but it is not what it was anymore. Thief

Absolute robbers!

Do not buy from these people unless you want to spend hours on the phone trying to find someone who actually cares about your complaint and wish to spend months waiting for a refund.

I have never experienced such bad customer service from a company and I absolutely do not recommend anyone to buy from them.

The product is of poor quality, it doesn’t even seem like it comes from Zara. The finishing of the dress is not well done at all. I’m really very disappointed

144 euros cost - 2 rubbish items not ordered received today. Reporting this to the Gendarmes today.
