Fair service
Good service, didn't quite get the holiday we wanted , the hotel we chose was on the Grand Canal but when we went to pay your connection errored out. Then was told by the manager the hotel we had chosen was no longer available with TUI. So it wasn't the persons fault but it was TUI company's fault. Overall happy.

Lisa Wood was such a fantastic help, I didn’t know what I was looking for but spoke to her on live chat then she rang me went through some fab options I’d not seen myself and then proceeded to do all the booking for me. Very excited for our reasonably priced last minute summer holiday. Lisa really is a credit to the company ❤️
