As far as electric bill, best decision I ever made was switching from Reliant, which I had for years, to TriEagle. Was really nervous about doing it because I'm old school and didn't know if that was... See more

That is the worse company on the world
That is the worse company on the world, they charged a lot of fees on your electric bill, bad customer service, they make you trust them then they surprised you for a lot of things, I paid my bill on the 29 then I asked what is my balance ? They said zero, after 2 weeks send me another bill with disconnection note on the same page, they always send you a bill before you get to the next month, and they claim it as disconnect fee and late payment, which is not true, which is cost you $25 for the paper fee + notice fee $10 + 15 recovery + late fee + plus a lot of things I never heard about it + encore disconnected fee + state tax , we did not have state tax on taxes +$ 13 for encore + another charges, about $120 extra, even if you pay your amount do the will add this changes on the next billing before you get it, advice you do not go with them, go with another company who charge you extra per KW

The personal that helped me through the process were very honest and helpful it was easy. I switched over the same day.
Promised a reward for my time
Promised a reward for my time, then lied about it.I switched from TriEagle Energy after a year of high rates. They then asked me to do a 15-minute exit survey, promising a $10 virtual gift card by email after Sept 1st. I took the time to do it, but the reward never arrived. When I called customer service today, they admitted they see that I completed the survey, but claim they have no record of the promised $10 gift card. It is a scam to trick former customers into giving free data. Absolutely dishonest and terrible business ethics.

TriEagle is a scam.

I was happy with my last electric company, but I spoke to someone with TriEagle and they talked me into switching with them because they promised me a cheaper rate. As soon as I switched to TriEagle my electric bill has been much higher than my previous electric company, I guess they have hidden fees they don't disclose with you. I switched back to my old provider and my bill has been much cheaper than TriEagle.
