Online failure & Full of Confusion
I signed up online and the last page froze. Had to go thru it all a second time by phone. Super frustrating. The service rep was very nice, but there was a lot of background noise which was unsettling in this world of fraud. What should have been easy took an hour to complete.
And it’s all confusing. Nothing is clear.
