A five star shoutout to all y'all at the store. I have never bought a guitar without playing the instrument first and listening to others play it as well. This experience is a first for me. I loved the guitar that you sent to my best friend in Texas, so I thought I'd take a chance. My new guitar is a stunner! Beautiful in every way a musician could want. To anyone out there that has hesitation about buying a guitar on line go straight to these folks Wonderful people to work with! You will be satisfied with the instrument and never have cause for disappointment.

Truly incredible buying experience! I bought a very special guitar from TNAG (major purchase, almost $20k), and their team made me feel very comfortable and confident through the entire buying process. Generally I’d be hesitant to make such a large purchase online, but their operation is top notch and inspires quite a bit of confidence when spending big bucks on a guitar sight-unseen (of course their generous approval period helps as well). Their team was incredibly responsive, kind, and professional, and we got the deal done swiftly and enjoyably. Payment terms were excellent, and they were more than understanding when we encountered a slight delay with my bank. The guitar arrived well-packed and in perfect condition, and is a truly extraordinary instrument! The TNAG staff is quick to answer questions on the beautiful guitars they carry. Richard contacted me when a demo video was available for the guitar I was interested in. He also followed up with emails. The guitar was shipped quickly and packed very well. I would recommend TNAG to anyone interested in the guitars they carry. Superb customer service. Kim was so helpful in trying to describe the guitars tone and characteristics. She seemed very honest in her opinion of the guitar. Very fast on responding to questions and concerns I had. I am definitely going to purchase from TNAG if I need a another guitar in the future. I'm actually fond of music and I've been dived into it since my choldhood. This culture was raised in me by my father and I'm grateful for it. I like music as well as I like to collect music on various storages, like CDs, records and other stuff. I started to collect music long time ago and I can't stop to do it. Nowadays I'm fond of collecting soul music records and I applied to this shop in order to buy some CDs. They helped me to determine rare records and also told everything in details about shipping. Records are fragile, so I bothered a lot about shipping, but, everything was excellent.

A friend and I came to Nashville on a hunt for our “forever guitars”. We went to all the best shops in Nashville, one of which was North American guitars. We found them BOTH at North American. They are hands down the largest selection of premier handmade guitars in one place we have experienced as well as provided the quietest and most intimate environment that was essential to connecting to the instruments that enabled a conscious and confident decision. I could not recommend North American Guitars enough. BIG THANKS TO JOEL AND KIM! always in gratitude for this outstanding Santa Cruz guitar of which is now my “forever guitar”, (until I go back and find another one ;) ) 5 stars all day long. I stumbled upon TNAG while looking for a guitar I had dreamed about getting hold of over the past 10 years, a Lowden Richard Thompson Signature Series guitar. When I typed it in to Google as I'd done many of times in the past, not really expecting to be able to find one here in the USA, it suddenly appeared only on the TNAG page. As I looked the Lowden over on the excellent web page for the guitar, complete with high quality photos that let me zoom in on the details in the wood, a full description of the instrument, and a perfect video with full sound of a musician playing the guitar, I was in love. And before I knew it, Kim from TNAG was right there on a chat bubble, asking me if I had any questions. It was as if I were in the shop in Nashville right then and there. With Kim's quick responses and guidance, It didn't take long before I purchased my first ever Lowden guitar, and even after I put the money down, TNAG and Kim were the best, most helpful team I'd ever worked with on any guitar purchase. They held the guitar for me in Nashville after the purchase was complete while I was on vacation, and they got it in the mail right on time to arrive as soon as I returned home. And the shipping was faster and safer than I even knew it could be! The guitar was fully supported around the head and neck in its case for the transport, and the case was completely wrapped and absolutely unmovable inside the shipping box. Kim even asked me to let her know when the guitar arrived, and what I thought about it when I pulled it out and played it for the first time. All in all, the best, safest, most secure, helpful, caring online guitar purchase I've ever experienced, and, should I get a hankering for another fine guitar in the future, The North American Guitar website will be my first, and, mostly likely, my only stop. Great people are nearly as important as the amazing guitars, and TNAG has both!
