Speedy Delivery. Days quicker than I expected.

Excellent site and very good quality tires and service and delivery. I will definitely use it again when my other 2 bikes need new tires.

The tires did not arrive, while they are claiming the tires were delivered. There is no support from email nor phone number to talk to somebody to figure out a solution.

They shipped my order with the wrong adress so nothing arrived. When I tried to ask for assistance they replied over and over the same precompiled answer. This site is a TOTAL SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY HERE

My online tire shop. I always buy here and I'm always happy with the speed and price. It only takes 2-3 days to receive the tires and the prices are always very competitive. Highly recommended

Delivery was not the fastest (delivery in Belgium, coming from France apparently). They delivered the wrong tyre (MTB tyre - wrong colour & quality). Very swift to react after my first mail, but no reaction since. Still stuck with the wrong product...and no reaction to my mails since.

Having never bought a tyre in France before and had terrible experience with Norauto, I decided to buy online. 1001pneus we’re brilliant from start to delivery, I would use them every time from now.

I ordered 2 tiers for motorcycle, got them in time but one was different model which unfortunately I notice after the garage install it. But I mount only one, hoping that I can at least return enother one back, as they send me wrong tier. After opening the case, the customer service BLAMED me, asking that it is my responsibility to check IF THEY DID NOT MESS UP WITH SHIPPING, WITH THEIR ONLY JOB. So in the end they refuse me to return the tier and blamed me that it was my fault that they send a wrong tier ))
It is the worst experience I have ever had with customer support of anything.

I placed order no. 13000006359 for which I requested a delivery date numerous times without receiving any reply.
No telephone number to call so, as of today, I still do not know the status of my order despite the immediate debit to my credit card.

It was easy to find what I needed. They say the shipping in 72hrs, but mine took a bit longer, but arrived what I bought so no issues.

Fake Offers No Stock
I place a order with incredible price, few days after paying they said haven't stock and refund me.
Bad experience. You should upgrade your stock list before offering crazy prices ... Disappointed

worst service ever , i ordered 4 tyres in stock on their online shop paid and received an email confirming money transfer supposingly to be received max in ten days , seventien days later no news whatsoever , so i called their number in belgium, they appologised for the delay saying that the stock was over and they forgot to inform me, they said that they will send imediately an email and that they will refund the money , again after three days no news whatsoever and money still not refunded, when i called again asking them to send me an email confirming that they will refund so i can order from somewhere else with the security that i will receive back my money... they said that my case was handeld by someone else and that i had to wait once again for the email and the refund and they were extremely agressif unpolite totaly unfriendly ...worst exprience ever... never to order from them ever again , to avoid by any mean
