1001banden.be is disappointing
I bought 4 Michelin tyres on 1001banden.be what is the Belgian website of 1001pneus.fr On a very poor translated website they pretend to deliver within 48 hrs...Since there has been 4 days go by without notice of sending the order (according to website they ship within 48 hrs) I tried to contact them on a french phonenumber. I don't speak french (not all Belgians do) and after a few attempts (I pretended to be a professional since they didn't answer if I choose private customer) I spoke to a solely french speaking person. I didn't understand a thing from what she was saying but later on I got a mail I could cancel the order at a cost of 60 euro's??!! I just want my tyres I paid for! So I sent a mail back I didn't want to pay for cancellation but asked them to give me info about when I could receive my order. No answer...I was really worried this company is a fraud. The next day (thursday after the saturday I ordered) I received a mail with a tracking number from GLS. It didn't work but still I was a bit relieved there was communication and some action. Next monday (!), seven days after ordering, I received my order without any notification. Luckilly I was at home and they sent the right tyres. Yes, the price was good but would I ever order again on 1001banden.be? NO! Maybe in France they satisfy the customer but abroad the service and communication is below zero. I rather spend a few euro's more on Belgian or Dutch websites in the future and get my tyres within 48 hrs.

I filled out their form to "speed up" the return of the tires.
No news for 15 days. No email response. No phone response. Same for my mechanic who can’t contact them.
