The Kitchen Rug that I purchased here was good, but the colour mismatched to my order. Want to request for the for the correct colour, but not sure how to proceed.

I bought thé Imagine Medellin 200x 290. €173 Super happy with delivery and the backing . On my Matt wooden flooring it is more than adequate. Soft under your feet, but very thin pile. I love the design so will keep it. If I had walked into the shop and seen it first , I would have made another choice. The backing makes it feel more substantial. I have left 5 stars because it was better than what I had which was nothing 🤩

I was tempted to go with one star, however the carpet does look good, great design and they delivered as promised, however the quality of the carpet is very poor, it sheds fibres like a dog in moulting season, I thought it was due to it being new, but months later it needs a vacuum everday, and fibres can be found all around the house, i gather the "50% discount" was marketing ploy as this carpet is not even worth price paid. Model is the Clarice 10036445

Beautiful quality and efficient delivery and communication.

I received my rug today and within the next hour I had already submitted a return request. It looked like it had been used already, it was dirty in multiple places. It felt like it had been left outside in the rain, it had mold, and it smelled horrible. The colors were not as good as the pictures showed. Overall a complete disappointment. I did receive it very fast so that’s something positive, I guess. If they respect the 14 days period for the refund I will leave the 2 stars, otherwise it will go to 1.

Pathetic customer service.. they do not know how to solve anything.

The delivery seems to be an issue faced by multiple customers. Volero expects you to pick up your own carpet and doesn’t want to assist in any way. The kicker is that Volero sends it to the pick up point rather than my house. Incompetence max. 🤣

The carpet arrived damp, dirty, and moldy. I'm shocked that someone sent a carpet in that condition!

Bad quality carpets , the carpet on the website and what i received is completly different , who sends a carpet on a box? they ask 7,80 euro for retour ,dont buy anything here...

The quality is very low for the price. The puzzle pieces don’t fit together properly. Customer service is not helpful at all. The return fee is very high, and in the end you just feel like saying “Why would I even bother dealing with you?” and accept that the money is lost.

On the website was stated delivery within 24-48 hours. Have been waiting for 1 month now. Got a mail yesterday it will be delivered today but following the T&T it has not even been sorted.
Company makes promises they do not keep.

We ordered on 14 December 2025, today it is 10 January 2026, still there is no information about what the status of our order. Even they dont know. Dont trust…

Purchased the Milo rug.
It sheds so much material that it’s a complete disaster. I clogged my Dyson vacuum nine times just trying to get it into a usable condition. I even ended up with allergic sinus inflammation — and I’m not allergic.
I do not recommend it.

Plenty of choice. Smooth and fast delivery. Good quality wool rug. Nothing to complain about :)

Very very good!! Got my carpet very fast and was in contact with customer service that answered fast as I forgot to put in the code which they quickly added retroactively.

There were some hickups with the delivery schedule information,so that's something to improve,Customer service was super quick and helpful,thinking along for a solution.Other than that,we received our (custom dimension) ordered products and couldn't be happier.Carpets are made in Turkey,a country with a long lasting tradition in
tapestry and carpet manufacturing. The carpets look just like the picture,great value for money. Already considering placing another order. Warmly recommended!

Your company is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. First I was told that my carpet would be delivered on September 16 after I purchased it on August 13. I thought that was a really long time to begin with. Then NO ONE, called to inform me that the carpet would be sent later than September 16. By September 21, the rug had not arrived and your AI told me that the rug would then be due on October 1, 2025. By the end of September, your AI then stated that the rug would be sent on November 1, 2205. During all of that time, not a single actual person ever called or informed me of the rug status. I was waiting and waiting for this rug only to be told multiple times only by Artificial Intelligence that the rug was coming later and later. I then canceled the order at the of October and i am SO HAPPY I did because I ordered a rug on Amazon that is coming in five days. I wish I had done that to begin with. I would never buy from your company again and I would never recommend your company.
