Attempted to order My Birth Certificate…

Attempted to order My Birth Certificate, for a scheduled cruise on 11/02/2026, thru 'Vital Records online'. Instructions wouldn't open, couldn't find or open the 'PIN#' instructions. Numerous indicators, of which I have photos of, wouldn't engage!! On 11/03/2026, after voice mails and no return calls at (808) 736-4667/(800) 669-8313), you know you get 'SLOW' answers or return calls at these numbers! I cancelled the Bank charge, took the initiative and contacted 'Vital Records'! They had My 'Birth Certificate' ordered under 5 minutes. No hassel! Now that's real, dependable service. So reads their survey.
