Very prompt, informative, and great at updates, I started the paperwork on a Sunday afternoon, sent the packet on Monday morning and received my passport on Saturday, it was 5 days sooner then the expected receive date, if you need it fast they are the company to use

I was introduced to HelloGov via Staples Passport Service. Staples portal sends you to Hellogov where their site is very intuitive and very easy to navigate. However, the fun ends there. Hellogov locks 🔒 you in for payment at every stage of the process. At the beginning you obviously input your credit card along with your other vitals to complete the application. However, at every stage there is an upcharge. You input that you need your passport in a couple of weeks. The system tells you you need to expedite to insure on time delivery so CHARGE. You need special handling for this expedited service.....CHARGE. You need $130 FedEx shipping.....CHARGE. All this mind you before you pay for your photos....which you have to go inside the Staples store and pay a separate fee and before you have to secure a money order $230 for the actual government fee. So $975 before government fees and photos with their overpriced FedEx fees. 🤷🏾‍♂️ Wrote a bad review so the owner of the company contacted me and agreed to refund 100% of my fees if I recinded my review. I did and was refunded my Hellogov fees. Cool right? Well, I still didn't have my old passport ( you send it in to renew and receive new one) . Lie after lie, excuse after excuse....my new passport didn't arrive for my business trip to Canada. It took them a week to get my documents to the government for processing even though I paid for expedited service (yes originally refunded ). But Hellogov owner promised I would still have within 48-hours. I postponed my trip. But as you guessed no passport in two days. Hellogov promised overnight business service through FedEx....nope....tracking showed FedEx 3-day shipping. Postponed trip again. Checked tracking before rescheduling flight ✈️ a second time....label was printed but package not mailed. Hellogov stated FedEx messed up and never picked up package. Call FedEx (I have an account) and was told the package was not scheduled for pickup. Next day package was at FedEx....packaged arrived day after my second rescheduled flight and after I had to cancel my trip. Yes.....Hellogov refunded my initial $975. But canceling my work trip cost me $5700 in earnings and severely damaged my relationship with this client. Lesson.....Hellogov is bogus....their positive reviews are fake....you actually DON'T NEED them to expedite your passport renewal. The government passport agency offers expedited service under a week for a few hundred dollars with a passport that expired in under 6-months. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID. READ THE OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS. WE ALL HAVE SIMILAR STORIES. Where there is smoke there is usually a fire.

They lost my passport. They blamed UPS. They required more documents from me and a higher fee to fix it. Unbelievable. Go directly to the Secretary of State. No evidence of anything they claim. Plus risk of stolen identity. A waste of time and money. DO NOT USE THEM. Multiple negative reviews. Careful with these people. They misrepresent what they offer. Questionable integrity. They will find themselves in the news soon.
