My order never arrived unfortunately, but I got my money back without any problems, so I give it a good rating.

I ordered a bench with free delivery then they contacted me that they would need to charge an extra €30 to deliver. Theyn I didn't accept so they returned the money. A waste of time.

Scammers ! Not honorable trustworthy people low lifes running a scam. Issue a refund get your money back and order somewhere where it’s guaranteed you get the things you paid for. I ordered the parts on 30th of may and today is the 16th of June and didn’t even get a tracking number. Who would compensate the WAITING TIME !.

I took me a month a half to get my back fender and the only answer wast to wait , at then end I got it but if you need something fast , this is the last option that I will recommend

I purchased a camera from this online store. After receiving it, it turned out that the camera did not fit my vehicle and was essentially not working. The cause of the malfunction could not be determined — the device was unusable.
The product was returned to the seller. However, the company refused to reimburse the cost of return shipping, which I had to pay myself. This is despite the fact that, according to their own policy, in cases where the product is defective or does not work for reasons beyond the customer’s control, the return shipping costs should not be charged to the buyer.
I consider this attitude extremely unprofessional and unfair. The store is not willing to take responsibility for the products it sells and prefers to solve problems at the customer’s expense. I am disappointed with the service and do not recommend dealing with this seller if you want to avoid such situations.
If you want, I can make the tone more aggressive, more neutral, or more formal/legal depending on where you plan to post it.

The product quality was great and the dilivery time was as aspected. (I am from europ). The customer service also awnserd within a day as i had a qustion👍

Okay so 29days ago i ordered fairings for my gsxr 600 from VIPRH and today i got the package (i live in Finland). Each piece of fairing was wrapped into a separate foam and was sorted very well in the cardboard box (5) stars for packaging.
Production quality itself was better than i expected for that price, BUT right side fairing that has gsx r text on it had a spot which had touched something when the paint was wet right under the gsx text that is very much visible so i would give (3.5) stars for overall quality so not the best but good for it price. And yeah the delivery time was just like they promised. I dont have anything negative with this VIPRH website, also they answered to every gmail that i sent them. I dont see a reason to not order from there if you are not i a hurry

I live in Sweden .. ordered a throttle body car part. ... Then reviewed Viprh... Originally thought they were Germany based. The reviews were not good and I had already paid my money. I was concerned that I was gonna get scammed..I had written an email asking for any feedback ... that mail was not answered. Some days later another company employee mailed me to state that my order was in process..... Then Received tracking details. I got updates as I used the Tracking facility.
I received my car part yesterday 11/07/25 ... Packing was substantial and very well protected against damage ... The part is of good quality and I am grateful that I actually was not defrauded of 2500 Swedish Krona... This review is 100% genuine of my experience with Viprh.com and I will use them again if I need to .

I did email them as to when I could expect delivery and they replied promptly. Item was delivered within the timeframe they said. No complaints.

This company are based in China and although they use European URL's they are Chinese and it takes a long time to get from China to Europe, once in Europe it will will get stuck in customs, and it will cost a lot of money to get it out. They offer no help to customers. I have never received my package.
Do not use this company. Be warned.

Not recommend. This is chines company but on germany webside .They accept refunds but the dont give money back for the return.

Very good communication with the seller.
The goods were exactly as described and working perfectly.

Just a quick follow-up from my last post. Today, I received the package. Viprh said they would give me a 5% discount if I kept the item. So, yes I will keep it since I need it.
Next time you order from Viprh,you may have to wait over a month to receive your order but it will come!
