Wrong items sent & refusal to cover return (Order #42003740)I ordered blinds with a 150cm width, but vidaXL sent 120cm width. Customer service actually tried to claim these are the "same measurements in a different order."
You cannot turn a Venetian blind sideways to make it fit. I have provided photo evidence of the box and measuring tape, yet they refuse to provide a prepaid return label, violating the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven).
Fix this error and provide a return label immediately. Avoid this company if you expect to receive what you actually ordered.

Finally my problem was solved
I was not happy with how everything was delivered, several packages went missing and they were delivered on different dates. But with the professional help of Andreea we finally recieved the bed. We are not so sure about the quality, because it is for a holiday house. But time will learn.

VidaXL is a scandalous company!! NO SERVICE!!
This company is a disgrace! They sell me two beds, but fail to deliver all parts of the beds. After 4-6 weeks of discussing back and forth about the missing parts, I give up and demand a refund and pickup of the non-complete order. After that VidaXL send me a date where the beds will be picked up. I wait all day and nothing happens. Then a new date was send to me - and I wait at home and nothing happens again. VidaXL apoligises and sends me (for the 3rd time) a new date - and NOTHING happens. Now the case is send to their "escalation" department. Where NOTHING has happened so far - no response on emails. This is the worst company, I have ever experienced as an online retailer!!! DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!! The products are btw cheap and in poor quality!

I have been waiting for a refund on a product for more then a week. When calling to customer service, Curjos Cristina, told me that the refund was started on a Tuesday and not on a Monday how they've originally informed me in an email. Then she said that the finance team are in a holiday and it will take longer. I do not understand why is that my problem that no one from their department of finances is working and that they are on holiday. Curjos Cristina was very rude and she put the phone down on me twice when she couldn't provide me a response. So now I don't have the product because it initially came broken nor the money in my account!BAD SERVICE!!!

VidaXL have behaved very well but the shipping company GLS were terrible.
The shipping company GLS were terrible, lied about home delivery and dumped at relay point - does anyone have a good experience with these people? The item was poor qualitly - self assembly, screw holes in the wrong places, all very lightweight, certainly could not recommend.
Update. VidaXL have proved themselves to be a considerate company. They contacted me with an offer of compensation, which I appreciate.

Very basic
Quick delivery. However the quality of the bed is disappointing. The instructions told me to use an electric screwdriver, but this split the wood, so immediately my new bed was already damaged before I even lay on it. I would have returned it but needed a bed for my guests. For the quality and what’s included I would say it should be cheaper, not 95€. Not a bad bed, but very very basic.

Shipped fast. Description of product good. Quality of product I would probably give 4stars, the prefilled holes for the dowels were too big. Instructions ok, some diagrams a bit difficult to see the details.

Small patio table
Bought à small patio table,good solid item,2 bolt holes not correctly aligned but managed to force in order to build.The design of the base means that legroom is limited,I am 1m 88 and cannot get close enough to eat comfortably,would be a good idea to specify leg room in description, having said that it looks good and is perfect for my wife.To update this review, i was offered a refund or replacement or 30 euro refund and keep the table on Aug 12th,excellent customer service,I chose the 30 euro refund.

hello,
a small feed back about this shi... garden shed. i m gone write something directly about vidal XL. stop celling this !!! after all we ve been trough still it was no sens ; the plan is a joke ( too small , no shape view to see the way to place the pieces ; some part you have to guess it...) 3 pieces and big one ( metal pannels) and for roof at least one pannels was wrong so we had to adapt. too much space between the door and the wall's panel when the door is close. not every where water proof ..... for this price i feel srce...
i bought it from gueekbu... but it is really vidaxl product !!!! it s on the carton box and i have the pictures, because the first one came with problems... please read their answer and see how they escape responsabilities.. serriously guys answering that u have no shame.

The company does resolve any issue
Lacking quality control.
Wooden dowels were missing from package for our headboard and some drilled holes were not in alignment.
Customer service was responsive but we couldn't wait for them to send missing items so had to search and buy elsewhere.
