Do not buy, big waste of money. They do not work. I have been trying to get a refund with no use. Money back guarantee is a lie. Customer service just keeps telling you other things to do to make the product work like exfoliating first or buying other products of theirs.

Our patches are made from medical-grade hydrocolloid and work by gently absorbing oil and buildup from the pores overnight rather than delivering an instant result. For skin where congestion sits a little deeper, they work best as part of a consistent routine, ideally paired with a 2% salicylic acid exfoliant used a few evenings per week, which helps loosen and dissolve deeper buildup and brings it closer to the surface so the patch can absorb far more effectively.

not worth the hype
I waited 2 and a half weeks for nose patches to arrive, the company promised them within 3-5 business days. This is a product that is not worth the hype - I waisted one nose strip as it crinkled the minute I opened it and was unable to apply it to my nose - a waste. They are extremely un user friendly - purely an instragram algorithm tactic working its magic - the product is not worth it

Our standard delivery time is up to 7 business days, and up to 10 business days for some regions across Europe. In some cases customs clearance can also add additional time to the delivery.
On the patch side, the key to a smooth application is making sure the skin is completely clean and dry beforehand and pressing the patch down slowly from the centre of the nose outwards for around 10 to 15 seconds, which gives it time to bond fully to the shape of the nose without folding.

I tried these out after seeing a few online ads. I've tried quite a few patches and serums to help shrink my pores specifically on my nose and heal acne scaring on my chin, and these were by fair the best I've tried! Will be buying again and again.

Forgive me from doubting. The products' functionality is highly effective. My pores has shrunk bit by bit each time I used the patches; my white-heads has never been less until now and my T-zone has never felt so clean! Really recommend this brand to people who struggle with large pores and oily T-zones. The packaging's aesthetics are aesthetically pleasing, minimalist, and simple - very attracting. For someone who has been struggling with an oily white-head T-zone and has tried many many products, even though it is slightly pricy, it is worth the investment and is a brand I am willing to continue to purchase in the future.

They don't work for me
I had high hopes for these patches, especially after reading all the positive reviews. However, they don't work for me. First, it's very difficult to apply the patch so that it's smooth and not all wrinkly. Then in the morning I'm just left with a sticky nose - no improvement in my pores at all. I have now used 4 patches, about a week apart and I followed the instructions very carefully.

We completely hear you on the application difficulty and we understand how frustrating it must feel when the patch does not lie as smoothly as expected. Starting from the centre of the nose and pressing outwards slowly and firmly for a few seconds tends to give the flattest and most even result, and making sure the skin is entirely free of any residual product beforehand makes a real difference to how well it conforms overnight.
As for the stickiness in the morning, this is actually a sign the patch has been absorbing throughout the night which is a good thing. That said we completely understand this is not the visible pore improvement you were looking for, and for skin where congestion sits a little deeper the patches work best when paired with a 2% Salicylic Acid Exfoliant used a few evenings per week. It works inside the pore to loosen and dissolve buildup and brings it much closer to the surface so the patch can absorb far more effectively overnight.

Our nose patches are made from flexible medical-grade hydrocolloid and are designed to adapt comfortably to any nose shape, so what you have described is not something we would normally expect. One thing that can make a real difference is the application technique , after cleansing and ensuring the skin is completely dry, pressing the patch down gently but firmly from the centre outwards for a few seconds helps it bond fully to the contours of the nose and prevents the edges from lifting overnight.
It is also worth keeping in mind that consistency plays a big role in seeing results , we recommend using the patches once or twice a week and giving them at least a month of usage before drawing conclusions, as the skin responds gradually over time rather than after a single application.

I was not sure when ordering the first time, as some reviews said it was helpful, some that it does not work at all, but for me personally it worked very well. My skin is very oily, and I noticed that after using the patches it takes longer now for the skin to get to the same oily state during the day. Skin also became more even and clean. So for me all 5 stars and I ordered again :)
