Bounce Luggage Storage Reviews 

Great luggage storage service in a really convenient location. The people were absolutely lovely and so helpful, they even helped us book a taxi. We felt completely comfortable leaving our bags there as everything seemed very secure. And as an added bonus, they have the cutest dog ever! Would definitely recommend!

We couldn’t find any lockers at Tokyo station for our luggage and we really needed them to be somewhere safe for half a day before moving on. We made a spontaneous booking over Bounce and were offered this address within walking distance of the drop off went smoothly. The staff were friendly. The luggage was safe. No hassle at pick up time. Payment online. I recommend this solution.

Horrible experience use at your risk. I booked a cab to go directly to the location to drop off my bag, but I waited 30 minutes for assistance at the store but after 30 minutes he messaged me to tell me they are closed and no apologies. I then had to take another cab to a different location, even though I had mapped out my trip prior to coming. Customer service did not help me—she simply told me to call or cancel. Additionally, when I asked if there could be any compensation, I was slapped with an "I can't help you as it's in the T&Cs."
I had to rush to find another spot, scouring reviews on the go, which wasted even more time and money as I had to cab to a location further away (thankfully, that next location had used Bounce before). I would say I don't recommend Bounce. Use at your own risk or do extensive research before booking—I saw many reviews of different Bounce partners showing that while some sign up, there is clearly severe miscommunication between Bounce and the host companies.

Best price and very easy to book and pay. Staff all very helpful. Many luggage stores close early or mid-evening which is really not much use. I have used Bounce before and will do so again.
