Dogs loved the first order of food. The second order was NEVER delivered by Amazon. Have filed a complaint with Amazon and heard nothing back. Have gone back to the dogs old food.

So far my dog loves the food. Not giving her any of her old food for about two weeks.
I will order as needed. Waiting for a bag of the new Beef.
She will love it as well I hope.

At first my dog really liked it so I ordered 3 more bags. She started not being so excited but I had ordered 6 more bags we will have to see how it goes might have to stop since it is a little pricey

My 10 yr old teacup poodle, Charlie been showing his age for a while. After using your ultimate pet nutrition for about a year now, he seems more energetic and has good poops.
He is missing quite a few teeth now and we cut the freeze dried pieces a little and soak in a little hot water. He loves it and also makes a nice broth for him.

My Misty is reaching that age (12) where even Border Collies begin to slow down and their alertness diminishes. I noticed she was having irregular bowels as well. I saw an infomercial on your product simply said "It's worth a try" Surprised was an understatement. First I saw was her bowels became more regular. Her alertness returned and her innate energy reappeared. To say I'm amazed is an understatement. She has been that on this diet now for almost three months.

There have been 2 problems with shipments; wrong number of wrong product. My dog does not like the beef, I never ordered beef yet I was sent beef. I was forced to go to my local Walmart to purchase Fresh Pet which he liked, until I rec'd what I had actually ordered. There are not any outlets that handle your product in my area.

I do not know how I was signed up for scheduled shipments, but I was. I just cancelled the next shipment due to the fact that I have a 10 lb. dog and he can only eat 1&1/3 cups a day. I hadn't yet had a chance to figure out what my scheduled shipment should actually be. This was hampered by the shipment screw ups!

That being said, he loves the food and I want to do the best for him!

The dogs love the food. I use your food as toppings. Our 10 yr old chihuahua mix eats a Hydrolyzed Protein food but would miss mornings meals b/c her tummy was upset. Since adding nutra complete, she hasn't missed a meal. She has had mornings where she starts eating grass in the morning, but once I get her inside, she will still eat her breakfast, excitedly. Our 3 year old husky mix, also loves the food, a week. We just tried the liver treats, and it is an overwheming hit.

My pup Remi is almost 10 months and loves this food! It smells absolutely delicious! My girl literally cleans the bowel everytime,and she loves the chicken liver treats as well. Remi enjoys chicken,beef,and the pork. She wasnt a fan of the turkey but i mixed some of the chicken liver toppers/ treats she ate it all up and finished the bag. Now i order 48oz bags of chicken ,beef,and pork so i dont run out. I also will mix a little kibble with them since i have some left over before being introduced this new food Ultimate Pet thats amazing and is actually real food thats good for your dog! Remis thriving everyday and i feed her twice a day. Ive tried plenty of different brands ,textures,and nothing compares to Ultimate Pet. Remi loves it,and so do I. Just have to preorder before the bag gets too low,because sometimes it takes longer to get shipped then expected. Its not Ultimate Pets fault its the delivery service ,other then that highly recommend this food.

Would have received a 5 star review EXCEPT, trying to up my subscription order and, try some treats and it was IMPOSSIBLE to accomplish that!! Yes, I was signed in. My dog LOVES this food!!

My Dog has been eating Nutra Complete every morning for the past year with added small pieces for cooked chicken. She is a picky eater so it's really good to see her enjoy her food.

My Frenchie loves this food. We got her at 8 weeks and she had been started on kibble and wet food. She didn't much care for wet food alone or kibble alone. She's very much into eating but it rook a fairly long time to find something she liked. We started with chicken. Then pork .then turkey.then beef and fish, but she fussed until we got more pork. Pork is her favorite!! Your service is excellent and my Amy loves her food now. She has got lots of energy but at 1 year I would expect that.

Lizzy LOVES this food! She used to be a grazer - now she’s a gobbler! It’s nice to get the different flavor choices too. She has the energy of a puppy (she’s five), but our favorite benefit is that she no longer has foul sour vomit smelling breath!! Just regular puppy breath! We also love how lightweight the food is. Very pleased!!

My dog loves the food but your shipping stinks!! You take my money and it takes over 2 weeks to ship to me so I run out of food and have to buy other dog food that is causing my dog to get sick!!! You need to ship the product sooner!!

We changed to Ultimate Pet Nutrition as our dog Loki had allergies and therefore scratched herself. Since taking the food, it is gone and she doesn’t need any medication. Further she lost that little bit too much weight and most importantly she loves the food

Switching my two-year old Cavapoo to Ultimate Pet Nutrition has positively changed both our lives. This past spring, she started have early-morning dry heaves, and bringing up foamy bile. Her tastes had changed when she was about 18months and she would just leave the kibble and eat only whatever I put on top to entice her. I read about your food and thought it would be worth trying. She transitioned well over about 9 or 10 days and now she loves all different meats. She no longer begs me for treats because she is hungry, nor does she have an interest in my food. This has been a healthy change for her. Thank you.

It was easy to order. The dogs like it. Customer Service gave me a discount so I could order the 6 pack and were very helpful when I ordered the wrong thing

One bag from my last order had shavings in it similar to what I've experienced when there were weavils or some other pest in the food. I did not find any bugs. THIS time I found a piece of blue plastic and a hard piece of something.

I don't feed this to my dog exclusively. I tried Dr. Marty's food because my dogs teeth are so worn down. He didn't really care for it, but he is very open to Ultimate Nutrition. I just tried the chicken/turkey recipe and he accepted it. I'm having to plan for when he can no longer chew hard food.

I didn't realize that the order page automatically chooses "SUBSCRIBE" when I order. Since I was getting something I normally get, I entered the amount I wanted and hit the ENTER button. Unbeknownst to me, hitting the ENTER button on my computer automatically chose subscription. Without any warning, I got notice that my subscription order had been mailed. I then could not buy for my dog the things he was out of because you were taking money out of my account without my knowledge. I'm much more careful now when I order to make sure hit the ONE TIME ONLY button.

In June I ordered dog food and I received it three and a half weeks later this month I did an order on the 15th I should have had this order by Bill later than July 25th it's now Thursday July 27th and I still don't have my shipment of $60 for 2 lb of dog food and I told them to why do you use some mailing company that's unheard of that nobody knows about why aren't you using UPS or UPS or you know FedEx or something because you're shipping company screws everything up
