Experienced, Knowledgeable, Transparent
I’m a small carrier with a few trucks across the country and recently booked a load with Doug Lowry out at Trinity Logistics Inc. Doug was straightforward, transparent and on top of that, knew all the details about the load he was managing for his customer. I had a really frustrating experience…
I had a really frustrating experience working with Bert Rabanales from Trinity Logistics. My driver was already en route and filling out the highway for a load when Bert reassigned it to someone else without proper communication. This caused unnecessary delays and confusion. Attempts to reach him afterward were ignored, which only made the situation worse.
Additionally, key load details weren't communicated clearly from the start, which led to more complications. Unfortunately, this lack of professionalism and communication made the experience very disappointing. I hope Trinity Logistics improves its communication processes and treats carrier partners with more respect moving forward.

The accounting process needs a lot of work. I had to go through 5 different people who kept "forwarding my emails" to another person just to get a portal link to pay my invoices. No one seems to know what's going on which shows me a lack of training and/or communication. Our account terms were inputted incorrectly and they still have not corrected it and it's been months and numerous times of asking.

We hired Trinity to pick up a load back…
We hired Trinity to pick up a load back in Sept. 2024. They hired TForce to pick up our load. The truck got into an accident (thank fully no one was hurt) and then they said they lost our load. It's been almost a year now and they said they finally found it, but we have told them over and over again it is food, and we cannot take it. We had to pay over $37.000.00 for the product that never delivered to us now Trinity is telling us they will only pay us $8000.00 giving us yet another run around. Beware if you use them. Hope your product doesn't get damaged or lost you will be out of product and $$$$$.

We do truly regret the challenges surrounding your shipment and the lengthy process its been to resolve them. Contracted a lane/load that was several thousand pounds overweight. Instead of the Broker stating: we apologize for the inconvenience and would like to provide you a pecuniary supplement for time/fuel and energy; the Broker kept insisting that I remove water from the shipment/trash compactor so that it would be lighter.
All I heard from the Broker was manipulation, lack of empathy, marginal communication and minimal professionalism!

We are a carrier and was contracted to hollow load for Trinity, we picked up on time despite many delays at the Pickup location. We sat there for five hours, not a big deal. That’s just the way the business works Sometimes, we hauled two carrier air conditioners 1200 miles and dropped off on time! They gave us the runaround paying us we always scan and send the bill of lading for payment. After one month they asked for original bill of lading which we sent they kept insisting there was a page 2, even though there wasn’t. they wanted copies of the back of page one which we sent to them so we no longer had it, and they had in their possession and then refuse to pay, we will be Sending this to our lawyer. We will also be filing a claim against their bond. If you wanna get paid ,they will find a way to cheat you. Watch your back!

Had great communication with everyone that helped me, every step of the way. Even the driver kept me posted as to his progress and whereabouts. Pickup and delivery where on time and there were zero issues. I would highly recommend!!
