Samantha was wonderful to work with! She helped us arrange transport for our truck from Florida to the West Coast and was thorough and attentive to every detail. We especially appreciated that she never made us feel pressured—she was helpful, patient, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. The pricing felt competitive, which made us feel even better about our decision. We’re grateful for her help and would highly recommend her to anyone arranging vehicle transport!

This company should get zero stars and should be reported to BBB for their shady tactics. AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE. They are scammers that charge $250 in addition to any price you might expect to pay. They will call you with absurd numbers that can double what you should pay and try to convince you it’s a good deal. The “quote” you receive upon filing a request is bs. You will either have to pay an astronomical amount or lose the deposit you pay since they cannot meet your contractual obligations. They will keep your money and pretend like they did everything.

No thank you.
I will say it one more time. I will not pay more than the number I was quoted. If it is higher do not even bring the offer to me

This is why I didn't call. I would have just ended up yelling at whoever was on the phone. Put it in your notes or whatever you have to do but stop calling me with anything over $1468 out the door.

You can see their reply completely ignoring the post. However, They did release the $50 hold after I made this post. That does not change my review. Since they tried to make it sound like this is a fake review. I have included the complete message from their team. They are liars as you see the message below. I was very responsive. They could not honor their quoted maximum pricing of $1468 so they decided to give up. Trying to make edits to replies does not change what happened. I have all the communications

After continued efforts to secure a carrier for your route, we unfortunately have not been able to match your shipment within the pricing range currently available in the market. Carrier availability and transportation pricing can fluctuate significantly based on route demand, seasonality, fuel costs, and overall market conditions.

Rather than keep your order open, given the current carrier availability, we believe it is more respectful to be transparent with you about the current market situation.

We truly appreciate the opportunity to earn your business, and we regret that we were unable to finalize transportation under the present conditions. If market conditions change or if your timeline and pricing flexibility change in the future, we would absolutely welcome the opportunity to assist you again.

Thank you for your understanding, and we sincerely wish you the best with your vehicle shipment.

Additional notes:

These people spend more time arguing with you about their reviews then they do actually helping you. This is the most communication that they’ve provided in the last three weeks after attempting to tell trust pilot that I am not a customer of theirs. This is a perfect example of why you should never deal with them. The more they go on the more they prove my point. Scammers liars and will do anything to try and make some money. Not help anybody just make money in their own pockets. Do your research and avoid these people.

I purchased my first vehicle since my last business 26 years ago. Samantha was extremely professional and worked hard finding me the best service possible. I will always use her and encourage anyone to give her a call if you need a vehicle delivered!

We had a very positive experience with AmeriFreight. The agent, Samantha, was very helpful in explaining the process, charges, and timelines and was able to arrange for pickup and delivery that fit our needs. The driver was polite, and the car arrived safely and in good condition. If we had to ship again, we would use their services.

I booked my car transport with AmeriFreight back in June after reading good reviews and trusting their service. I scheduled my vehicle pickup for Friday, July 31st. AmeriFreight took a broker deposit fee of $488 upfront.

However, on the scheduled pickup day (July 31st), no one contacted me at all—neither the broker, the transport company, nor the truck driver. I was left waiting all day from morning till evening, completely unable to plan my day or focus on anything else. Around 4:00 PM, I sent an email to the assigned broker to check on the status, but received no response.

When I finally called AmeriFreight at 5:00 PM, their response was completely irresponsible. There was no apology whatsoever. They simply deflected responsibility by stating they are just a broker and not the actual carrier, casually adding that the truck would probably arrive on Monday.

Today is Monday, August 3rd, 2026. The afternoon has nearly passed, and I have still received no updates or action from anyone.

It feels as though all three entities—AmeriFreight, the transport company, and the carrier—were only interested in taking my $488 deposit fee and then vanished like a scam operation. I deeply regret trusting the positive reviews and choosing this company. I strongly advise others to think twice before using their services.
