Watch the fine print for a MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION attached to your purchase. I did get a full refund, but it took returning BOTH games I bought for gifts. Sad I will not get to play them with my nephews. I'm sure they are a great company, but the sneaky monthly subscription really ruined this experience for me and future purchases from small online businesses. Back to Amazon I go....

Great game for family members of all ages. We played with ages 88 down to 11. Would love it if the cards could be offered in a larger size for older people to read easier.

I thought it was low quality. The games I received had stickers on the blocks, with extra stickers. Kids are pickers, they come off.
I canceled the subscription and I still received Charges and puzzles. Sent more emails complaining and was told they could not find my email canceling??

The games are enjoyable. The company responses to my questions were quick and professional.

Ordered game to play with my grandchildren and was unaware it signed me up for a subscription. Unable to cancel due to their cancellation process not working. This has all the makings of a scam. Moving forward I guess contacting the BBB is my only option.

If I could give no stars I would! What a deceptive rip off! I placed an order for a game and then I was sent a box of three games I did not order and am charged for the really ridiculous games. The first game was a fun game. Then the schemes began with sending three games I did not order and adding me to a subscription of these games. It’s criminal!

Hidden Subscription Trap SCAM by The Uzzle Co

We ordered ONE specific product - but Uzzle then places us on a "Free" Trial membership.

Uzzle Games Support then actually emails us:

"Your August 16, 2026 order came with Blockwork on a free trial along side The Uzzle, and that trial started an Uzzle Club Membership, with the terms shown during checkout."
"The Membership then sends us a Club Box containing 3 more puzzles AND charges $63.72 as well as billing us for Membership fees !!!??!!

It is infuriating to blame ME for not noticing on my checkout that charges I NEVER requested were added BY UZZLE to my bill !!??

In fact, I believe this SCAM maneuver is ILLEGAL in Texas !

FRAUD, you think you are buying a game and then low and behold you notice in your shop ap that you have a subscription. Nowhere in their payment screen does it say you are signing up for a subscription. Then you are glad you are in the 30 day window, but they wont let you cancel there. So you go to their website which wants you to login to a customer portal you do not or have ever set up. It says it will email you a link to set up your account but then they dont send it to you. And if you DONT cancel within the window....then you get sent more games and cant get refunded and if you want to send the game back they charge you to return it.

There is no physical location just a PO box, and no phone number, so they basically can be held accountable.

They remove/block any comments from people noting its a scam in social media.

Horrible Company!!!!

Am anxious to play with my granddaughter. Thought we had a delivery issue. Follow up from Uzzle was fantastic and thorough and problem solved. I could not be more pleased with customer service

Forced me to take a “free” trial. I did not ask for it, then they charged me $33 for it. I did not ask for it or want it; it just was shipped out. Now I have to ship it back or end up paying $33 for it. It’s very predatory and is basically a scam.

The kids did not enjoy the game and only played once. Additionally, the very inexpensive game they added at the end was a "trial," and I was just charged another $32.52 and they will not take the unopened game back. VERY UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!

I was also scammed by the hidden subscription for this company. There is no way to cancel your subscription as the request for a "magic login link" to your email never appears. I guess that's what makes it magical. They magically make your money disappear. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered the Uzzle game for my grandsons. It came with another game that said 'free' on the invoice. Then I got a notice that the 30 day trial was ending and I would be charged for the 2nd game. I replied to them that I did not want the 2nd game and in fact, my grandsons did not like the Uzzle game and I would like to return it for refund. (Their website said to contact them for returns). They did not respond and charged my credit card for the 2nd game. I contacted them two more times to contact me about refund instructions but I have not been contacted.

We ordered two sets of Uzzle which is a very fun game. We also received a 30 day free trial of another game. When we recieved the 3rd game it was confusing that it was an actual game, not an online game. Two months later we get charged for two more games. I think it is a little misleading the way that everything was written up. However, an email to customer service resolved the issue.

Many fun and entertaining games. I don’t have enough money for them all right now, but I’ve got a few. 😉

Knowing that a real person read my letter. Let's get back to humans talking to humans. The computers and robots has NO HEART, NO FEELINGS. I was impressed with the response, the response time and the curtursy of my representive. What a difference it made. Thank you for going out of way to make things right. Your company should be proud.
